I have been a loyal customer for the 11 years with Mercedez-Benz. I bought my car in Downtown and used to get my service done either Toronto Downtown or Eglinton-Laird area. Both locations are 5 to 7 minutes away from my home. Markham location is the furthest about 40mins away, I chose that location because of 1-on-1 customized customer service. Michael explains everything to me in details and I am detailed person. He knows me by name, I am a just random customer and he always checks on me after each service. He has build a trust with me that I respect his knowledge about my car. He always checks the tire air level or changes light bulb with no hesitations. I FEEL WELCOME AND COMFORTABLE coming to Mercedez-Benz at Markham. My last visit, we changed the oil, brake pads and he found a nail in my tire. He puts my safety first, always fully checks the car!
I wish that we had someone as knowledgeable, kind, and explains things in plain english ( I am not Mechanic) in every location. I THANK YOU MR. MICHEAL WONG for taking care of my car and giving me the best customer experience

This was my 4th or 5th purchase here. My only disappointment was the almost year long delay in delivery due to Covid issues .I feel that the car was depreciated before I even received it. However, the problem, I am sure, was worldwide.
My delivery went smoothly and I would especially like to thank Jimson M. for the excellent orientation of the car -on separate days- for my husband and I. He was very personable and patient.

I had a really great experience at Mercedes-Benz Downtown. I have an older 1999 vehicle that required a new ignition tumbler. David in the parts department was amazing as usual and we got the part within a couple of days.
Nicholas arranged the work and Dennis did an amazing job. They also replaced my shifter bushings proactively and only charged me for the parts.
I am very impressed and will continue to use Mercedes Downtown.

Poor service from the service department, especially Harry B. Inattentive, unprofessional, socially awkward and down-right rude. They hang up on you when you call, cannot connect you to service if you don't recall the name of the 'man' in charge of your car, cannot update you on the status of your car with any accuracy, receptionists have a snotty tone, they forget your name, they don't have work orders ready, promise to call at a certain time and they don't, don't have loaner cars arranged properly, and so on. Mercedes Benz Durham is awful, unprofessional and full of excuses.
The car itself, the C300, is a farce. Nice interior and it looks decent. Otherwise, the biggest mistake I have ever made buying a car. And I bought many. Apart from the mentioned: unrefined suspension, drone from the exhaust, noisy, transmission is dumfounded and programmed incorrectly (learn from your competitors), idles loud and so on. What a waste! I wish I could turn back the hands of time and give this dealership and the car a pass! Don't believe me, read the reviews here and elsewhere, and you'll agree. And read the ones that are written after a little time of owning the car, and not immediately after it's purchased. Mercedes C300: A pretender Mercedes!

We have a leased a Mercedes and in the first year we had windshield chip. As soon as that happened we took it to the Oakville dealership in question and they repaired it stating the chip shouldn't get bigger. Now it was time to return the lease and they brought up the windshield chip. They asked us to replace the windshield for safety. We have driven the car for over 3 years and at no time the safety issue was brought to our attention. When you return the lease the service department doesn't return the calls. Talking about customer service and courtesy... . I reached out to the sales person Jason and he insisted on having us replace the windshield although as per Ontario government standards the windshield doesn't need to be replaced. The dealership would like to use the safety deposit claiming it is safety issue at transfer of ownership which is not the case. This is pure money grab and poor service. This experience made us decide not to deal with Oakville Mercedes again and we wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Always impressed with the service. Always impressed with the sales team. Michael Grzesniak always makes sure that I am up to date with the recalls and oil changes on my sprinter van. I took my sprinter van for an oil change and Jordan Batten went above and beyond and even cleaned the van out for me and polished the tires.

I ordered a part in May and it never showed up.
I re-reorderd the part in July and paid for it at that time.
They said they would call when it arrived.
Today is November 24th, and I finally had the opportunity to drop into Star Motors. (I live out of town)
Apparently, my part had been there since July 25th.
When I asked, why I was not contacted, the Service man said "We have this number (my phone number) for you.
I said yes that's correct.
He responded, "Oh, I have no idea why you weren't contacted"
I certainly, will be going elsewhere when it's time for a new car.

We are a new Mercedes SL63 AMG owner, and booked our service call to check out the 'check engine' light, get an oil change and get service records so that we could see if know factory fault had been addressed.
We wanted to get vehicle service history to see if head bolts issue had been repaired. The web page said they had workstation and coffee to enable my husband to work there as it is a 1 1/2 drive from our home to the dealer.
Net is that they didn't offer coffee, had no workstation for him, and was treated totally rudely by the service advise Emily. My husband is a very calm, easy going person. When he came home from the dealer, he was ranting and raving on the total experience. He was to go back to replace head gasket. We checked the engine to see how looked and were very dismayed that the formerly pristine engine had oil on it, and had not been wiped off!
I decided to try to follow-up with the service adviser and net is was subjected to the most awful service experience in my life. I am very knowledgeable on vehicles having grown up in the automotive industry and also repaired my own cars in the past. The advisor was rude, did not address my issues and totally dismissed me as a customer. We cancelled the followup appointment and also logged a formal complaint with Mercedes Benz headquarters.
We are very disappointed with the hole service experience and hope that we can find a dealer to help us maintain our beautifully designed and engineered car that we love to drive. Otherwise we may investigate selling it and going back to the other manufacturers who have always delivered stellar service, even though their cars were much less expensive.

Terrible service. Do not buy or take you car for service at this dealership. Design flaw in roof of ML350. Glass cracked on glass roof between sunroof and windshield. Service guy tells me $148 for diagnostic!!! Really what diagnostic are you gonna to do to see a cracked glass. Manufacturer flaw. Look on internet.

Worst dealership...when you walk into the Mercedes Benz dealership in Maple you see the sales people taking in a group amongst themselves as if the where in a ‘social club’ and they see you walk in and they don’t even greet you when you pass them by. They have an arrogant attitude and think they’re Gods. When you eventually ask the receptionist to call one of them they are rude and they do t like to answer questions. Best part, the salesperson that was helping us wholeheartedly thought that with his attitude and by spending half an hour with us we were going to buy the car from him... not in a million years! I’m going to another dealership even if it is further away! I’m looking for a place where I’m going to feel great about making my purchase, knowledge about the product, a place where you feel welcome and exceptional customer service. I’m sure I will be able to find that at another dealership ship that can offer me all of this and more. Even car dealerships with lower brand cars have way better customer service! This dealership is clean and easy to find. When I arrived at the service desk, I was promptly welcomed by the service manager, Ed Van Herpt JR; he quickly wrote down the services I wished for my vehicle, he gave me some welcome suggestions, also answering my many questions as this was my first vehicle of this brand; He gave me a tentative time of completion, and offered me a drive to where ever I needed to go, as an offer of being picked up.I chose to remain in the dealership. I also met the parts manager, Robert Van Herpt, who was very friendly and cheerful.There is a viewing window into the service area, so you can see the progress.The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with free WI-fi, as well as a television, and free coffee.The restrooms were very clean.
Every mechanic I saw traveling through the dealership was very friendly, acknowledging me with a smile and hello.
I was very pleased as to how I was treated, and made to feel I was welcome.
All in all, I find this dealership to be striving for the best customer service and experience.
