I have a 2014 ML 350 diesel and Clive Cheung has been my service advisor on a number of occasions over the years, from scheduled maintenance to specific repairs to coordinating insurance work. He is a pleasure to deal with and is very reliable and knowledgeable about the car. I can rely on his objective advice and have great trust in him. This is crucial for me and in my view a very reasonable expectation as a customer of a high end vehicle, but sadly an expectation not always met at other dealers with other service advisors!
I also feel that the relationship with the customer is very important to Clive and that I am not just another Mercedes driver. This too is crucial and I place a lot of stock in the quality of that relationship. In an age of decreasing customer service in so many things, it is such a relief to know I can deal with Clive and not only benefit from, but also enjoy the experience! Again in my view, the customer-service advisor relationship is a significant and necessary attribute of a high end dealership (though not always present elsewhere) and I have that with Clive and it keeps me coming back. Downtown Mercedes is lucky to have such an employee and his customer interactions significantly enhance the dealer's reputation.

Everytime I've had an issue with my vehicle, John is always there to save the day. He's knowledgeable, friendly, passionate and professional. I've owned several other brands and been to many dealerships. Never have I met someone like john. This guy knows the brand like its the back of his hand. He always makes sure I.m taken care of. I've seen him deal with the most difficult of people and still maintain his composure where I wouldn't. He's truly an asset to the team and anyone that has an "issue" with him is clearly mistaken. Even my wife will only deal with him. Seeing a solid brand, and a personable person behind the counter, is why I bought from this dealership twice now. I'm confident my cars are in good hands when I give him my keys and I know I'll always get it back in tip top shape. We need more people like him. Truly thankful they have someone like him on the team!

I have owned Mercedes vehicles for about 10 years, with the preset vehicle for about 5 years now. Thus I have has a number of maintenance and service visits to the dealership.
My overall experience is very positive with the interaction and responsiveness of the Service team and the quality of the work carried out.
I choose Mercedes vehicles because of their engineering and design quality and recognize the expenses associated with service and maintenance. The Service manager is always clear about the service requirements and associated costs and communicates such in a professionald and approachable manner.
Yes I have had some problems with the vehicle outside of scheduled maintenance. I always research the diagnoses and repair requirements on Benzworld and other web sites. More often than not the estimates are in line sometimes relatively competitive.
I drive to Florida 2 or 3 times a year so I need reliability which I believe the Windsor service team provides. On occasions I have had service work by Mercedes of Ft Myers, Mercedes Windsor although smaller is just as good

Mais si ton véhicule MERCEDES acheté chez ce concessionnaire OGILVIE MERCEDES maintenant MERCEDES OTTAWA lui arrive un pépin ( touble mécanique, accident, maintenance ou autre ) pis que le service met la main sur vôtre véhicule ben calvaire .. Ca vient de commencer .. les attentes interminable, les pièces manquantes, des histoires d'horreur a pu finir et j'en passe.. Et sans parler de la putin de facture qu'il vont vous refilez. Pis les mécaniciens qui ne semblent pas avoir réparé souvent des Sacraments des Mercedes car les ( tabarnak ) de problèmes sont jamais réglés. Bref c'est des osties de cabochons qui détruise la réputation de Mercedes. Je parle pas à travers mon chapeau, c'est ma 5 ième Mercedes.. Dont deux acheté chez ce dealer sans allure là. Un conseil vous pouvez acheter là .. Mais de grâce ne faite pas de transactions avec le service et ne faite pas réparer vôtre voiture la.. Car vous risquez de la regretter toute votre vie.

Very poor service. As soon as I left the service, I had tire pressure low sign. I was told it was out fault for not changing the tires at the service. There was no issue with my tire pressure before I dropped off the car. Very disappointment with the staff there.

This is the worse dealership I have ever dealt with. Never again will I buy a Mercedes vehicle. They are a rip off and service is the worse I have ever seen.
Someone mentioned earlier in their review that they are quick to push cars out, but the service is horrible. That is so true. This place is a rip off.
My car died on the coldest day of the year so far -32. I called roadside assistance to tow it unfortunately they could not, so I had to call someone else to tow it and paid out of my pocket.
Once it got to the dealership, they told me it would cost $750 to change out the battery and that MIGHT fix the issue. They didn’t even know if that would fix it, but it was a good way to get money out of us.
This is ridiculous – I will NEVER purchase a car from a company that looks for every excuse to charge and rip customers off.
I used to take my car to the dealership for service and maintenance and my car was just there at the beginning of January for service by the end of this month my car battery (supposedly) is completely dead. Which leads me to believe that they don’t a proper check on my vehicle when I take it in for service.
WOW…. Amazing how some companies only care about money. Eventually they will lose all their customers due to lack of customer service.

My parents recently bought a GLC300 from this dealership. Everyone here are very friendly and helpful. Our sales representative - Ryan Coleman is a very polite and knowledgeable gentleman. With his help, we found the exact SUV we need. When the day came to delivery, there is some issue happened to the vehicle's appearance, but the managers rescheduled the delivery and fixed the issue quickly. There is also a Mandarin speaking delivery expert who helped my parents with the delivery. My parents are satisfied with their experience in this dealership. Thank you Ryan, you deserve a five star review. And an other five star to the Mandrain speaking delivery expert (sorry we forgot to ask your name). Thank you and I recommend everyone to this dealership.
Poor customer care - Unimpressed
My service experience was less than stellar.the auxiliary battery light came on. I went for service and they told me I needed a new battery for $800!!! Then tried to sell me a service call for -another $800. When I declined they tried to upsell me a service contract for another $2000. I declined but let them do an oil change for $200. When I picked up the car they said everything was complete. The new battery was solely for the auto stop start function. When I drove home it still didn’t work. I was at a complete stop several times with the cabin at fill temperature. I phoned the dealer and got no answer. I left two messages but no return calls. Clearly thornhill Mercedes is just trying to pay for their new dealership and could care less about you after they take your money. I won’t retirn there.

We brought my C300 in for an oil change and a recall repair. The service rep. never told us that the technician would disconnect my car camera. When we picked up our car, my husband discovered the car camera was disconnected and the technician did not connect it back. I lodged a complaint to Mercedes Benz Canada. They claimed that the dealership was privately owned and they could not override their practice. They got the assistant service manager, Fernando Arango to speak to me. He was arrogant and rude. They were no apology from him and he was adamant that they had not done anything wrong. I told him I never gave consent for them to disconnect my car camera. He claimed that disconnecting the car camera was to protect the technician's privacy. So their technician's privacy is more important than the customer's privacy?! I expressed concerns that the technician or someone had viewed the tape of my car camera but he did not care.
They did not have the courtesy to inform customers about disconnecting the car camera and they let the car camera remain disconnected when customers pick up the car...they do not deserve to be awarded 5-star !! Stay away from this dealership!

This dealership is clean and easy to find. When I arrived at the service desk, I was promptly welcomed by the service manager, Ed Van Herpt JR; he quickly wrote down the services I wished for my vehicle, he gave me some welcome suggestions, also answering my many questions as this was my first vehicle of this brand; He gave me a tentative time of completion, and offered me a drive to where ever I needed to go, as an offer of being picked up.I chose to remain in the dealership. I also met the parts manager, Robert Van Herpt, who was very friendly and cheerful.There is a viewing window into the service area, so you can see the progress.The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with free WI-fi, as well as a television, and free coffee.The restrooms were very clean.
Every mechanic I saw traveling through the dealership was very friendly, acknowledging me with a smile and hello.
I was very pleased as to how I was treated, and made to feel I was welcome.
All in all, I find this dealership to be striving for the best customer service and experience.

From the moment you walk into the dealership, you are treated like royalty.
We have dealt with Sara Hynes both times and are extremely impressed with her
knowledge and capability. You sometimes get a salesperson that comes across as
phony or slick but not Sara... she knows the products inside and out and goes to bat
to get you your best deal possible. She's about as professional and friendly as you can find.
Victoria Star should count themselves lucky to have such a great asset.
