This was my second experience with dealing with this dealership and it was a great experience. Salespeople are great and very knowledgeable of the product I was buying. I would most certainly refer any family member or friend to this dealership. I was very pleased with the level of service and no sales pressure attitude at South Oakville Chrysler. Domenic L was very helpful when it came to the negotiations of some of the extended warranty pricing - I had a price point to hot and he worked with me to hit that point. The vehicle I was purchasing had some dealer installed options that needed some minor installation corrections and Eric G made sure these were fixed well with no questions asked. Repair of my Alfa Romeo - Happy 4C
Hit a curb and wrecked my front wheel. They did a fantastic job taking care of the vehicle and returned it in perfect condition (I couldn't tell the difference). They gave a fair and pretty accurate estimate and did a good job communicating with me while I waited. Ultimately it didn't take too long and they even took pictures of the work as they were doing it. I like these guys and strongly recommend them.
Don Barnes of Body Shop is fantastic! - Mike
My wife and I had a vandalism insurance claim and our insurance company referred us to Raceway Chrysler. Don Barnes is the manager. The entire driver's side was keyed and this dealership made sure it was repaired in 3 days! They did a really good job fixing the panels and paint. Looks like new again. After a couple of weeks I noticed that the moulding was not put back right around the wheel wells because a couple of clips were missing or broken. Without hesitation Manager Don Barnes agreed to fix it right away to factory standard on the spot! Thanks Don. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone. High standard for repairs and customer service and Don Barnes is a great manager. Keep it up buddy!

I needed to get power steering fluid on my lunch, and popped into the dealer to pick some up. I stood at the parts counter while the parts guy walked past me 3 times without acknowledging my presence at the desk. I left and made my purchase at another dealer. How hard would it have been to ask what I needed? I gave them a single star rating as there is no negative option.

Excellent dealership with excellent customer service. Went in for a problem that Raceway Chrysler could not fix and they totally took control of the situation and rectified the problem. Their customer service is impeccable; within five minutes they provided me either a loaner vehicle, diagnosed the problem and called me by name. They provided me with an experience that Raceway could not, and their auto mechanics are extremely well versed in the vehicle and are able to provide any Fiat owner with the security that a professional is working on their vehicle.
