Out of all the dealerships I visited and sales reps I dealt with, Paul at Peel Chrysler was and is undoubtedly the best. Provided a very competitive offer on the new challenger right from the start, no games. Provided the best trade in amount for the current challenger. A bit of an issue with pricing came up when the new challenger finally arrived at the dealership, after about 9 months, however Paul and the manager Sal were able to resolve the matter. Will definitely return when it’s time to trade in for a new vehicle (God willing).

I just recently purchased a 2021 Ram Big Horn 1500, I would not have this truck if it wasn't for the support and determination of Eddy and Michael to help me get into the truck I wanted. I can honestly say I wasn't the easiest person; I was fussy, particular and of course needed it all within a certain price point. This did not stop them from being determined to help me find what I wanted, all the while remaining polite, pleasant and making me feel that I was important even before I signed the dotted line. Just took delivery of my 2021 gladiator from Georgetown Jeep (chrysler, fiat, dodge etc).
Have to say, I've only purchased two new cars in my life but this was by far the easier of the two. I'll start with the only negative comment which was the wait but of course, that is all thanks to our friendly virus so no knock on the team there.
They were however, BANG on with the expected delivery date so at least my expectations were managed well. George Power and Richard Maitman were very transparent, honest and worked hard to meet my requirements.
Bottom line, I'm into my new car and at this point I am actually looking forward to my first visit for service. Car was spotless and I am a happy customer.

Put in a factory order last year for a new vehicle, and the sales rep i worked with was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately this is where the good ends. Due to delays my order ended up changing to a '21 model, and while i was promised by the dealer that my rebate/financing rate would carry over, this was not the case at the time of vehicle delivery. In the end, i ended up losing a substantial rebate which was contrary to communications throughout the 7 month wait period, and dealer waited until the very last moment to communicate this to me, which is highly unethical. I was also muscled around by the staff knowing how rare the vehicle is, and the fact that it could be sold at a higher markup as soon as i walked away. In the end i still ended up picking up the vehicle, but with a very sour taste in my mouth. That communication really should've been better.

Vince answered all our questions and made us feel extremely comfortable during the entire process. His experience and friendliness was enjoyable and went above and beyond with providing us all our options and also following up with us a week later after we bought the car. I am very disappointed about the service this dealership is provided specially waiting time is lot like half a day you have to wait just for servicing that sucks, specially after Booking an Appointment, they should keep more staffs which this dealership doesn't keep for some reason.Also they don't provide ride service due to covid which is another headache.Even if it's less busy time these Guys are taking so much time for servicing.

Excellent dealership with excellent customer service. Went in for a problem that Raceway Chrysler could not fix and they totally took control of the situation and rectified the problem. Their customer service is impeccable; within five minutes they provided me either a loaner vehicle, diagnosed the problem and called me by name. They provided me with an experience that Raceway could not, and their auto mechanics are extremely well versed in the vehicle and are able to provide any Fiat owner with the security that a professional is working on their vehicle.

I needed to get power steering fluid on my lunch, and popped into the dealer to pick some up. I stood at the parts counter while the parts guy walked past me 3 times without acknowledging my presence at the desk. I left and made my purchase at another dealer. How hard would it have been to ask what I needed? I gave them a single star rating as there is no negative option.
