George was really cool, brilliant personality. Mary was so patient and explained everything so dearly. It was a tough choice between Ford and another brand that I had in mind, but with the exceptional service and friendliness of the Erinwood staff (especially Sami Hafez),I decided to go with Ford. The minute I met him I knew, I made the right decisio On the recommendation of a family friend, I visited Erinwood Ford and sought out Martin Menzies. The minute I met him I knew, I made the right decision about visiting Ford. You would have thought that we were family and not the friend of a family member. The red carpet was literally rolled out. I laid out what specs I am looking for in a car and right away he held my hand through the process and not only that, he gave me options. This was all new to me. I was just coming out a bad relationship with a dealership across the road and here I found a representative who LISTENED my needs and Heard me. I felt he saw me not as sales for him, but as an individual who wanted to be heard to fulfill my wants and needs. Martin took time to explain all I needed to know plus some and I am truly grateful. I walked out of Ford today with my new vehicle, proud and knowing that I have the backing of FAMILY in Mr. Menzies. I truly felt valued over the past week, The Business Manager, Location Manager the receptionists each of the days I visited I was greeted like FAMILY. Would I recommend FORD - Oh, yes.
