Amazing mechanic and servic I stopped in to service shop just before they were going to close as I was having a major issue with my truck vibrating. The mechanic named Brian silv I stopped in to service shop just before they were going to close as I was having a major issue with my truck vibrating. The mechanic named Brian silva and a car salesman named George hill came out to assist me. They took there time and made sure they figured out what was wrong. They figured out it was the tires and the alignment. They advised me I needed new tires asap as one the tires could blow at anytime. They were very honest and recommended I get a less expensive set of tires that were actually better quality them the original tires which I was going to re order. They saved me a lot of money and the mechanic did an amazing job with the installation and alignment. It drives better then new:) More

When trying to decide if I should go with the F150 or F250 Graham was always there to take my calls, if he was not in, I was able to talk to George Hill and all my questions where answered. Graham has also sold cars to 3 of my family members also. I also want to mention Robyn Barrett (financial service manager) for all her hard work to make sure I was able to get my F250. We were greeted by Ali Sharafeldin, a truly professional and friendly sales person who took the time to exhibit all the options for used and new cars.in a few minutes, we were able to decide on the new Escape. The beauty was lying in the middle of the showroom and it did not take Ali much effort to sell us that car. We immediately fell in love with the vehicle after he started highlighting all the features in this magnificent ride. George Hill and Nick Palalas worked on the payment with us till we were comfortable with payment and terms. We felt we were in the middle of a happy family with integrated team who work together to maintain happy and loyal customers. Given the prompt, effective and efficient service I receive at Erinwood there really is returning customer to Erinwood Ford in Mississauga, Ontario. Given the prompt, effective and efficient service I receive at Erinwood there really is not need to go elsewhere. I do shop price and verify what deals are available but Erinwood and their sales team always gives me the best price right up front, no haggling no need to go beyond "give me your best price". I currently own 3 Ford SVT vehicles which complement each other perfectly in that they are all very different vehicles, each strong in its class. The vehicles are a Shelby, Focus ST and the most recent addition and possibly my favorite a FORD RAPTOR!! I could not recommend a more perfect dealership to purchase Ford products and of course, the coveted and much prized SVT brand. Thanks again to Dave and George at Erinwood who never fail to make sure I am well treated and informed. More
