Tire exchange. - snugamish
Tried to exchange a wrong type of spare tire for the correct tire that I was promised when I bought the car. I purchased the car through Nick Iozzo, as my previous Jetta had a "bicycle type" spare tire (which I did not accept), I requested that Nick assure me that this car would come with the same size spare tire as the rest of the car. I got his assurance. However I did not check the spare tire until I got a flat tire, I then discovered that Nick's assurance was not valid. I traveled to Abbotsford VW to exchange my incorrect tire. A cordial Jason Bilinski, addressed my problem but did not resolve it. I was told they did not have either the tire nor the rim on their site and that the wrong sized tire and wrong sized rim I had was in fact the correct outside circumference. The sticker which read, "NOT TO EXCEED 50 KM/HOUR"" was removed from my rim. Jason did me a favor however, by having my flat tire mended. I left with the problem unresolved.

Awful business! I had my Westfalia in for service recently, well it was in the shop they backed it into something and caused quite a lot of cosmetic damage. They didn’t even offer to fix the damage let alone check the security cameras to see what happened. Never doing business here again. Beware!

We ordered a brand new 2018 tiguan in the fall before we left for the winter to arrive at the dealership and pick it up in the spring when we would be home. When we went to pick up our new car it had over 100k on it, we weren’t happy with that at all. We were told that it happened at the factory!!

Dave M. was a pleasure to deal with the purchase of my used VW Tourag in the summer 2019. Dave was very knowledgeable and made the stress of purchasing a vehicle easy to deal with. The whole staff at the dealership were very friendly and approachable (no arrogant airs!) I also really appreciate the followup emails asking how everything is going with the vehicle and which services are coming due as I am not a local resident of the area. It is very reassuring that the company likes to keep their customers happy even after the initial purchase as the service is just as important to me.

I have bought 9 vehicles in total from Jim Revenberg over the past 12 years, 6 from when he had Nissan (all new), and 3 from Volkswagen (1 new, 2 used). First of all, the sales people and the sales and finance managers are all top notch. Then just as important, the technicians are the best in town. And parts is great as well. I am sorry to see the occasional bad experience reviewed (here) but things happen. That has certainly not been my experience, this time with salesman Eric Meilleur (that means "Best"), and he is.

We went to White Rock Volkswagen to test drive a Touareg Rob Smith was the salesperson who came out to talk to us he had all the information on the vehicle with him explained the vehicle options to the model we looking at invited us to take a test drive we came back and we sat down with him and with out feeling any pressure we went threw all info on the car he explained all of our purchase options and service records on the vehicle . I would recommend Rob to any one looking to buy a car . Thank you Rob Smith and Gurpreet Basi for making it a seamless transaction.

Worst Experience Ever - badlog
I came to this dealership to purchase a new Volkswagen Golf GTI and had a trade in. I saw the car, test drove it, liked it and sat down to negotiate as is standard in any vehicle purchase. The salesman I dealt with Patrick. Patrick was very rude and unprofessional, he made me feel like he didn't want me there or my business.
During the negotiations, Patrick gave me an price offer which was approved by his sales manager for the purchase of the vehicle, and I told him I would like a couple minutes to think about it. I got up, walked away for the sales table to think for 5 minutes then came back and sat down. Upon sitting down, Patrick shoved the paper he had written the price offer on underneath some other papers and told me that my offer was no longer viable, and that their vehicle is priced the lowest on the market, and then asked me if I would take an offer that cost $2000 more, with no other explanation.
I was shocked by the sheer unprofessional and disrespectful behavior by someone who considers themself a sales professional working under the Volkswagen brand. At the least if the initial offer could not be made and he made a mistake, he could have told me that directly.
Please do not visit this dealership, or at the least do not deal with Patrick unless you want to be disrespected and have your time wasted.

I recently bought a 2018 Atlas at this dealership. I had no connections to anyone who works there so I randomly ended up dealing with Stacey Wright.
I’m a knowledgeable purchaser that is informed about pricing margins, equipment, add-on options/packages, and sales tactics. I’m confident and will never hesitate to walk away or haggle for an extra week if need be. I’m not a jerk when I negotiate, and I like to find a fair middle ground for both the salesperson and myself. We both have bills to pay. However, I have found that I have had to be extremely firm and fend off constant shady sales tactics when negotiating purchases from the various dealers in in Prince George over the years. For example, the last time I bought a truck from another dealership, the deal took two visits and about ten lengthy phone calls to close, lasting about a week in total. How many people would have caved in long before that and accepted an unfairly inflated price?
Dealing with Stacey Wright at this VW dealership was a breath of fresh air in comparison. She was honest, she offered a reasonable price, and she didn’t aggressively push particular options/packages that I feel are unnecessary and unduly expensive. I know sales people are required to push these options/packages because they are quite profitable but I think a trustworthy salesperson will do their duty (offer them) but won’t disrespect their customer by convincing them that they are needed or will save them buckets of money down the line.
I never give my opinion to a salesperson about these options/packages. Instead I use them as a litmus test to see if the salesperson is a straight shooter. Stacey passed with flying colours. It allowed me to feel confident about an additional option I did end up purchasing and the answers she provided to other questions I had.
Did I get the absolute lowest price I could have gotten on this Atlas? I’m pretty sure I didn’t. Did I walk away feeling like I got a fair price with good advice on other elements of the purchase that will significantly impact what I expect to be ten years of ownership of this vehicle? Definitely. To me, that’s the better deal because I’d rather be confident and secure with my purchase options long-term, than to haggle for an extra $800.
I’ve negotiated four vehicle purchases in Prince George to date and this is the first time that I’ve willingly let a significant margin slide. I really enjoyed the purchasing experience with Stacey and felt like she deserved it. This was further confirmed to me when she gave the “send-off vehicle tour” of the Atlas after we closed the deal and I was about to drive off the lot. I was truly impressed with her knowledge of this new model and attention to communicating important details. She’s clearly done her homework and is invested in her job.
I would recommend Stacey to every kind of buyer. She’s fair, honest, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to deal with.
