I was warned to not deal with Chilliwack VW by many... - Andre
I was warned to not deal with Chilliwack VW by many friends and family but I thought I would keep my business in the city that I’m from but what a stupid move that would have been. I went into the dealership to test drive a 2021 VW that was apparently brand new. The car salesman pulls up in the vehicle, the first thing I notice was how dirty the car was then I get inside and it’s even worse. There was all kinds of garbage in the back seat and glove compartment, candy wrappers, straws, dirty napkins. On the front hood part of the car there was a lot of sticker residue that I had asked about and the guy tells me that the car was a demo car but not only that, later on I find out this car was also a courtesy car that had over 1000kms that they are trying to sell to me for $25,000 plus, above the msrp of a new car of this model. Basically they tried to sell me a used car for more than a new car price! As I was about to leave the salesman says “We can work out a better deal” I immediately took my business elsewhere and went to Capilano VW where I got the same exact model that was actually brand new with only 65km for 24k. Such phony vibes I am so glad I didn’t get screwed over by these scam artists. Capilano VW 5 stars Chilliwack VW zero!

Our recent experience with Chris was excellent - very knowledgeable and outstanding customer service (he called with updates frequently). He also gave us additional background information on our vehicle including details around the warranty that was not previously discussed. This was in stark contrast to our previous visit where a different advisor called us only 3 times during the 9 days that Clarkdale had our car for servicing and didn't return our calls.

Was not happy with customer service at this dealership. Went to the mainland and bought the same VW for 15% cheaper. Consider this option before spending your money here.

Do not talk with john lee. I bought my 2019 jetta comforline $35,000 again this is not gli model comforline. Also he did not tell me extend warranty $3775 one what a joke.. so i pay $217.59 b/w he ripped of me . So basically 2021 jetta comforline $170 b/w mine is $217.59 b/w. If you guys want to pay that kuch for your jetta please go another vw shop. I’ve been to 5 more vw dealerships to asked price is fairly.. 5 dealerships said unfair and too overpriced. Awful business! I had my Westfalia in for service recently, well it was in the shop they backed it into something and caused quite a lot of cosmetic damage. They didn’t even offer to fix the damage let alone check the security cameras to see what happened. Never doing business here again. Beware!

I don't know how a service department of a a major car manufacturer can run business the way gold(rusted)key choses to do it.
Peter saieva (service manager)will treat you in a polite manner ,like you've been born a day before stepping in to the service. And of course is the customer's fault in he's obtuse view!
Don't have to trust my review. Learn the hard way. Take your car for a simple oil change, make sure you double check their work and try to get them to admit fault and stand behind the sub-par work they do.
No Fuss No Muss - Debra B
My car was wrote off in an unfortunate landslide caused by a water main being busted by construction workers, needless to say, I was forced to buy a new car. Turner Volkswagen made this so easy and painless for me in both time and money. I am now a proud owner of a Jetta and couldn't be happier. Big shout out to Will Avila, Mark Brown, John Turner and Sarah Fanslau, Thank you all so much for your help in finding me the perfect car, I'm a Volkswagen girl for life and would highly recommend this dealership to any person looking for great people, service, and deals! Simply Amazing!!
Very bad experience. My first dealing with them was in... - Nihat Ince
Very bad experience.
My first dealing with them was in April 2017. They gave me a quote for Golf Comfortline and I accepted the offer. I was waiting for the paperwork. Then the sales manager came in and told me that they have made a mistake. They changed the sale price by $800. So I just walk out and crossed the street and bought a Honda civic.
My second experience with them was in September 2021. Again, everything was perfect until the sales manager comes in. They showed me the 'invoice' price and didn't offer me any price even though they told me that they would give me a big discount on the 2021 Tiguan Highline R-line. I told them I got a good deal from another dealer. But they chose to not believe me and called the other dealer to ask if they give that price to me. They were almost ending my deal because of that. So I ended up buying the car from the other dealer.
Long story short... It looks like they have some nice salespersons but not good managers in this dealer. I bought VW before and have never seen this approach. It's very bad for the brand.
Absolutely the last place to buy VW in the lower mainland.
I had my vehicle go in for a warranty repair as I had my... - Natasha B
I had my vehicle go in for a warranty repair as I had my injector 1 fail. First of all, they broke a clip on the intake manifold and it was never recorded and I was not advised. Secondly, there was a wire repair that was not completed correctly and was fixed with electrial tape rather than the proper take for wiring. I was only aware of these problems because I brought my vehicle in for a oil change and they were the ones that found these issues.
I brought it to the attention of the service advisor Matt as the manager was not in and he tried to blame the other dealership when it was a intake manifold I had paid for and they had worked on and no one else had touched. Then he proceeded to be condescending and called me "honey". This was absolutely insulting and should not ever be said to a customer.
I would not recommend this service department to anyone unless you want to be talked to in a degrading way and have poor work done on your vehicle.
Friendly and helpful - Gwmp43
In twice for warranty work , fast and friendly service . front desk helpful , provided ride to mall and pickup when job done. Heartily recommend for repairs

Excellent purchase experience - tirekicker
I recently bought a 2018 Atlas at this dealership. I had no connections to anyone who works there so I randomly ended up dealing with Stacey Wright.
I’m a knowledgeable purchaser that is informed about pricing margins, equipment, add-on options/packages, and sales tactics. I’m confident and will never hesitate to walk away or haggle for an extra week if need be. I’m not a jerk when I negotiate, and I like to find a fair middle ground for both the salesperson and myself. We both have bills to pay. However, I have found that I have had to be extremely firm and fend off constant shady sales tactics when negotiating purchases from the various dealers in in Prince George over the years. For example, the last time I bought a truck from another dealership, the deal took two visits and about ten lengthy phone calls to close, lasting about a week in total. How many people would have caved in long before that and accepted an unfairly inflated price?
Dealing with Stacey Wright at this VW dealership was a breath of fresh air in comparison. She was honest, she offered a reasonable price, and she didn’t aggressively push particular options/packages that I feel are unnecessary and unduly expensive. I know sales people are required to push these options/packages because they are quite profitable but I think a trustworthy salesperson will do their duty (offer them) but won’t disrespect their customer by convincing them that they are needed or will save them buckets of money down the line.
I never give my opinion to a salesperson about these options/packages. Instead I use them as a litmus test to see if the salesperson is a straight shooter. Stacey passed with flying colours. It allowed me to feel confident about an additional option I did end up purchasing and the answers she provided to other questions I had.
Did I get the absolute lowest price I could have gotten on this Atlas? I’m pretty sure I didn’t. Did I walk away feeling like I got a fair price with good advice on other elements of the purchase that will significantly impact what I expect to be ten years of ownership of this vehicle? Definitely. To me, that’s the better deal because I’d rather be confident and secure with my purchase options long-term, than to haggle for an extra $800.
I’ve negotiated four vehicle purchases in Prince George to date and this is the first time that I’ve willingly let a significant margin slide. I really enjoyed the purchasing experience with Stacey and felt like she deserved it. This was further confirmed to me when she gave the “send-off vehicle tour” of the Atlas after we closed the deal and I was about to drive off the lot. I was truly impressed with her knowledge of this new model and attention to communicating important details. She’s clearly done her homework and is invested in her job.
I would recommend Stacey to every kind of buyer. She’s fair, honest, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to deal with.
