Signature Mazda has been servicing my 2015 MazdaCX-5 since new. Service is excellent and always on time - front counter reps are good. My money is with the one mechanic who was doing a basic service on the car and quite by chance found a nail in the sidewall. We were leaving the very next day for an I-5 fast trip to Southern California for a cycling event so this mechanic might well have saved us from a flat tire en route or worse, a serious accident. Servicing includes a complementary wash and vacuum. Agree with another customer's comment that employees should not be instructed to tell the customer that filling out a survey with an "excellent-rating" would be appreciated. Let the customer decide if he wants to complete the survey when he gets the email from the dealer.

Attention to detail during my recent appointment was noticed by the mechanic when installing winter tires by finding a slow punctiure in summer tire. He took the initiative to repair without the need to consult me.

We were traveling through Kamloops for a ski vacation at Sun Peaks. The engine warning light started flashing. I called the dealership and they said come right over. It was 445PM. Bonnie checked us in, her boss & the technician went right to work. They quickly diagnosed the problem,applied an interim fix - enough to get us on our way and safely home and we were off in an hour. Very courteous service, they stayed overtime to get us going, and very reasonable charges. Good, old fashioned service. Thanks Kamloops Mazda, you saved our little vacation.

they fix my 2011 tribute from time to time and I do major services with them because they are less expensive. front struts were 1300.00 at kal tire because they wouldnt take appart and only replace the actual strut. mazda did take appart and the service was 550.00 taxes in . the only thing that bugs me is they ask you to pay for parts upfront before they bring them in. otherwise the coffee is great and oil changes are alot less the the courtenay dealership.

The JP Scion’s Service Department is awesome!! I took my Subaru BRZ (mechanically identical to the Scion FR-S) in for an oil change today. The service techs notice rodent droppings in the engine bay (I park outside, no choice), and clean the entire engine bay for me free of charge. I was very happily surprise when I got home, popped the hood, and noticed how sparking clean the engine bay is. I did not expect them to do that. That is service way above and beyond my expectations. The prices are also very reasonable, much, much less than what Don Docksteader Subaru charged me for the same oil change. I also appreciate the free ride Downtown. Thanks JP Scion, you’ve earned yourself a repeat customer.

Have only been in here twice for oil filters for my Mazda 3 but both times the parts guy was unfriendly, and even though it was not busy I had to wait a long time. The first time they gave me the wrong oil filters. Not impressed.
