KELOWNA. ..BEWARE OF AUGUST MAZDA Bought a used Mini Cooper from August Mazda for over $26,000 and had it insured on June 1, 2023. Mid September, my batter ..BEWARE OF AUGUST MAZDA Bought a used Mini Cooper from August Mazda for over $26,000 and had it insured on June 1, 2023. Mid September, my battery died...not able to start my car. So I took it back to them...as they told me I had a warranty for 6 months. Apparently...that was not written in stone...I had a quote for $421 that then went to $543 to replace the battery...high I felt but needed to be done. When we went to pick it up...magically, the quote moved went from $543 to $628. Oh yeah...they forgot to add the taxes... August Mazda does not keep to their word. They told me a 6 month warranty that they did not honour...then that turned into 10% off parts...that then went to full price sucker. They misquote and expect the customer to pay for the difference. Good thing I didn't take the extended warranty...I may have had yet another surprise. More

The dealership is outstanding. The folks in the service department are knowledgeable and very accommodating. I would not bring my vehicles anywhere else for servicing. Do they care that I have not vehicle to get to work? NO they will try to fit us in in 10 days. Awful service. Bumper to bumper? Ha Ha More
I dread every service appointment with Kelowna Motors I love my Mazda; But I dread every scheduled oil change and maintenance with the service centre at Kelowna Motors. Other than a few exceptions where I have received very basic customer service there, the overall attitude of the Service Centre employees I have experienced is rude. I have put in an official complaint to management and received a bunch of excuses, but never even a simple apology for the appalling way I was treated by a Kelowna Motors Service Centre employee on my very 1st service visit. It has improved slightly since then, but I still make more of an effort than they do, and they come no where close to meeting my expectations. I spent a lot of money there, and continue to do so regularly, and I expect them to take care of me. It is very disappointing. I love my Mazda, but I loved my old Ford too. On my next vehicle purchase, I will look for a dealership that offers the whole package: not just a great sales team, but a great service team too. More

They do not put pride in there work Terrible work. Scratched my car and refused to admit it!!! They have been in business for all these years for a reason! I have bought three vehicles from this dealership. Wouldn't honor their quote or 10% off coupon they emailed me I have had 3 seperate issues with these unproffesionals. Wouldn't honor their quote I had to pay for an extra service that was supposed to be included. They paid for one of their mistakes but still wouldn't honor their 10%off coupon they emailed me. I ended up paying over $100 more for service. For 3 years of my car warranty they kept booking my car for scheduled maintenance every 5 months instead of 4 months. Even called mazda Canada head office and they agreed with me. As soon as my warranty was over they started booking in every 4 months like I wouldn't notice. Won't be buying the Mazda CX5 that we were going to buy and because of mazda Canada standing behind the Kelowna dealership on last issue won't by another Mazda period.
