I would not recommend this dealership as we had very poor service. It started out great before we bought it and right up until the day we went to pick it up in December. We arrived to pick it up as a family. My husband, myself and our 3 children. We only buy a new vehicle every 12 years so it is quite an event. Our Salesman, Bob, brought it out of the 'garage' where they had it stored. We looked it over and my husband found a blemish on the back passenger door. He asked Bob what it was and Bob said oh it's just a water spot. My husband said, 'no, I think whatever it is has gone down below the clear coat.' The detailers tried to take it out. We looked at it again and I actually had to ask Bob to move from in front of it because he was standing in front to cause a shadow. The blemish was still there. We decided we better look at the whole vehicle a little closer. At first I found a door ding in the front driver's door. The reason for that, 'no big deal'. To top it off on the top fender there was a spot that was totally missed being painted from factory. The sales manager wasn't in that day so we decided to leave the vehicle and let them figure out what they were going to do.
While we were there with our family, the salesmen were sitting around the table doing nothing except talking and throwing out very poor language(the 'f' word regularly) and looking very unprofessional. Because we were making the deal in December we were initially given an ipad air which we signed for and my son took to the truck. We however had to give it back when we decided not to take the vehicle. My husband and I went back in on the Monday to tell them that because we were buying a new vehicle we wanted it new so please order us a new one. When we got in to the dealership first Dawna and then Phil told us that on our time we could take our 'new' cx-5 and get it to the body shop and it would be looked after. Phil also told us that he 'gave Bob heck' because he should've had all these things dealt with before we even came in. In other words, fix the mess on the vehicle and we wouldn't have know any different. I could go on and on about this dealership and how they mistreated us but I won't. Enough has been said. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership to anyone and I will drive to another city before I take my new cx-5 that we bought from Freeway Mazda to Kamloops Mazda for service.
