DO NOT BUY FROM MORREY NISSAN OF BURNABY, THEY DO NOT... - Dave L.
DO NOT BUY FROM MORREY NISSAN OF BURNABY, THEY DO NOT INSPECT THEIR USED CARS, BAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT, MANAGEMENT LIARS, CARELESS PEOPLE, EMBARRASSING, SUCH A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
Bought a used Honda Civic from them. They TOOK DEPOSIT WITHOUT PERMISSION, INSPECTION NOT DONE PROPERLY ON THE CAR, JAMES THE MANAGER DID NOT KEEP HIS WORD AND NOT WILLING TO RETURN MONEY IF THE CAR WAS NOT FIXED.
After buying the car and taking delivery of the car this is what I found:
Car steering wheel not aligned, car pulling to the right at slow and high speeds, clutch squeaking sound, the driver window moving very slow, key not working had to change battery, bad wipers, noise coming from under front hood when slowing down. The only inspection they did was for tires and brakes!!
In one month I had to bring the car there 9 times to fix the alignment (wasting my time and money to go there) the service department always said that it was done but never took the time to test drive the car and returned it in the same condition, they never filled up the gas in my car after 50 km of drive every time, never gave me anything for the inconvenience not even a sorry note. Morrey Nissan and Morrey Infinity car mechanics did not know how to fix a simple problem like a car alignment, a careless service.
They do not care about their customers, just want to make money out of anything they get their hands on. James the manager AGREED THAT THEIR USED CARS DO NOT GET INSPECTED AT ALL
I drove the car with Ben, James and two other mechanics, and explained to them all the alignment issues, and they all agreed that the car was pulling to the right.
Driving with Ben made me feel very uncomfortable, he was upset while driving, after he drove the car and realized that the car was not aligned he then changed his mood and assured me to do anything he could to fix the problem, if they could not fix it they would have sent me the money back.
Ben said that it was not his fault that the car had issues, YOU ARE A MANAGER AND MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVERYTHING
After the 7th attempt of fixing it, I called James and he DENIED THAT THE CAR HAD AN ALIGNEMENT PROBLEMS AND NOT WILLING TO RETURN ME THE MONEY, LIAR! We drove it together and he knew that the problem was real and that I have the right to return the car as per their return policy. He then decided to bring it to another dealership, and again said that if they could not fix it he would not return the money. I also had to go to the other dealership and drive with them to explain the problem, again had to spend money and time to go there, luckily they have been able to fix it after the first attempt, and SAVED MORREY A BIG LEGAL CLAIM, The Morrey service department is a joke, the management department is a bunch of careless liars.
Other few notes:
They never followed up, had to always call them to schedule and to find out if the car was fixed , they never called me to go take it when they say they would have called me.
They said they washed the car one time, it was just a spray with water, dirty marks everywhere.
Mechanics searched for the wheel key in my personal items without asking permission and without putting things back in their original place.
They gave me some replacement cars while doing the service on my car with barely any gas in it.
The car was explained to be in mint condition without dents, after inspecting the car I found a dent near the wheel.
When they gave me other cars to drive while mine was being fixed, the drivers did not wear masks and did not sanitize the car after driving.
Every time they took the car, it was in their dealership from 2 to 7 days to get fixed (never got fixed)
When I asked to lubricate the right window they did not bother to to the left one too, I had ask them to do it.
After the last attempt of fixing the car, they did not bother to call me to find out if everything was working.
Finance person did not greet when signing papers.
The list of bad experiences from this dealership is endless.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Great service and ways friendly. Any questions I had were answered with great detail. The truck I bought had a part missing and within a week of me buying it they called me back to install it because I lived out of town. I've had no issues and if i do I know they will be able to help me.

On Feb 1/2021, I brought my 2015 Nissan Rogue in for... - Corey
On Feb 1/2021, I brought my 2015 Nissan Rogue in for around $800 in service. I had a differential service, CVT service, oil change, coolant flush and air cabin filter change.
When I returned to pick up the car I was assured all had gone well by Wayne the gentleman at the Service Desk (who was awesome btw) and I picked up the car and drove about 1km to my place if work.
That evening I drove the car home only to have the cabin of the truck fill with a noxious odour - I actually had to turn the windows down to keep driving. I parked the car in my garage and inspected the vehicle (not really knowing what I was looking for) and realized that some kind of fluid smell was coming from the engine bay. I closed the garage doors (very bad idea) only to have to open my garage and completely air out my house as the odour infiltrated within about 1hour.
I drove back to the dealer first thing on Feb 2/2021 and complained about the smell. The Dealership told me it was normal for the car to smell after a coolant flush - at which point I realized we had quite a disconnect.
I explained the issues I had when I got home, the fact that I had to open my double-car garage and even park the car outside overnight. The Service Manager offered the shampoo the engine and alleviate the issues.
I returned at about 1:30pm to pick up the vehicle. Again, I noticed that they hadn’t washed the vehicle or cleaned the inside - but honestly I’m not expecting perfection.
Wayne continued to be excellent to deal with. I did tell him that I wanted to make sure that the brand new air filter we had just installed wasn’t spoiled by what was apparently a significant amount of coolant spilled on the vehicle manifold during the service. The technician came out covered in oil, with absolutely filthy hands and clothing, and sat in my vehicle and removed the filter to show me that it was in fact pristine and white. Well, at least it had been until he touched it.
The service was unacceptable. The fact that the tech. didn’t even both to clean up after himself when he spilled toxic products on my car is unacceptable. The fact that I actually had to demand a refund for the coolant service is a problem - they didn’t even bother to wash the vehicle to make up for the extra trips and time I’m taking to remedy their mistakes.
And finally when the technician came out to show me the air filter, his complete lack of a basic cleanliness standard says a lot about why I had the issues I did with the service.

We had an excellent experience buying a used Nissan Rogue car from Campus Nissan. Tony Ho was our salesman and he was great - knowledgeable, low pressure, and very friendly and approachable. We are going to be in the market for an electric vehicle in the fall, and plan on calling Tony. Chris

Racist and manipulative management UPDATE:I had a... - Janeyczx
Racist and manipulative management
I had a phone call with Leon and was told that I had to remove this google review in order to continue receiving repair services from them. This is a manipulation of the rating/review system and goes to show that their current rating is not a true representation of their service. When I said I'll take off my review, and speak to head office about this issue instead, Leon told me that he refuses service all together. Since then, we have went to another nissan dealership who has given us a complete 180 experience in comparison and has been able to provide advice and recommendations which was not done nor offered here. I will not be responding to Leon’s accusations about my parents as they are completely out of context and will let the head office handle the situation going forward as this incident has been reported.
Racist, Horrifying, Uncooperative experience. If there could be 0 it would be.
My parents bought a car from Leon Cheliadin, the general manager. At the time, he was more than happy to help them purchase their first brand new electric car, the nissan leaf. My parents have difficulty speaking English, so he allowed for another associate to help them with translation. My parents walked out that day having purchased a NEW EV car. After two weeks of driving the car, the car automatically stopped turning on. They brought it back to applewood Nissan to which they tried to resolve the issue. After a week at the dealership and them driving and adding 100km to a new car, they told my parents there were no issues and told them to come pick up the car. Two weeks later, the car would not turn on again and had to be brought back to the dealership.
When they brought the car in to fix the first time, Leon refused to have other sales representatives translate for my parents and told them to bring their own translator. When my parents tried to communicate with a sale associate who could speak mandarin, they got continuously bombarded and interrupted by other sale associates who tried to redirect them elsewhere. It wasn’t until my parents brought this issue to head office that Leon finally allowed some form of translation for them. It's quite unethical for him to allow translation services when it came time for them to make a sale, but completely refuse that service when it came time to repairing a problem.
When I texted on their behalf, Leon was rude, and unwilling to cooperate and tried to get my parents to spend another trip to go into the dealership to communicate with him instead of directly with me. And when I suggested a phone call, he said he had already spent a great deal of time talking to my parents and gave me an unwilling attitude to spend any further time talking to me. This showed that he was avoiding any more effort to help solve our issue.
This is a brand NEW car. And rather than enjoying the experience that a new car owner should, my parents and I have frustratingly dealt with rude, aggressive attitudes, and racist management

My experience with Northshore Nissan Service dept.
Very bad service and not professional
I have a Nissan leaf 2018, clicking noise when shifting gear. Since I bought it
i made an appointment for the 3rd. time to complain about clicking noise is getting worse!
When I heard the car is passed the warranty and I have to pay $139.00 diagnostics fee, I was shocked.
I asked if I can talk to manger, but unfortunately he was busy eating his sandwich just 10 feet away from me and decided not to bother anyway.
5 months ago, when I took my car for service, they told me, clicking sound, is related to body shop. So I did have it checked and spent about $800.00 and they told me that this issue has nothing to do with body shop.
I believe Nissan should be happy if anybody bring up the problem to improve their quality!
Although, I just realized I did a mistake to buy a Nissan and not recommending to anyone to deal with Northshore Nissan
If you buy pre-owned vehicle be prepared to fight for... - Paul
If you buy pre-owned vehicle be prepared to fight for every little thing that needs fixing. They WILL NOT try and proactively fix obvious things. They wait for you to identify it. For example, no spare tire or jack. My own mechanic identified this, not them. Very poor customer service!! Don't be blinded by the 'car dealer' friendliness. It's a show to get your money. Overall I never felt like they genuinely wanted to sell me a nice, clean vehicle. They don't ask below to rate honesty, integrity, etc. If they did they would get 1 star.
Very dishonest dealership! They will say and do anything... - Shelly
Very dishonest dealership! They will say and do anything just to make the sale and once they do they could care less about anything else! The Sales Manager Khaled is a typical used car sales manager and uses every trick in the book to get you to buy a car. Do you self a favour and buy a car somewhere else.

If you can , go next door to another dealer.. I am not going to go into detail but buying used vehicle from ABBOTSFORD NISSAN was nothing but huge negative experience. Always always always read the Purchase Agreement, take it home not at the dealer and read it again. And then read it again, every single box and every single letter as you may get a surprise you were not made aware on time. But they will take your cheque for sure if you do not pay attention. Do not trust Carfax do extra research with ICBC to find out more.. . Stay vigilant, buyer beware! Those 5 star reviews to my opinion are science fiction..

DISHONEST DEALERSHIP-Bought a 2020 Nissan Murano (with 1200 kms) from this group ( I live in the interior of B.C). I discovered the car had been in an accident and had been partially repainted (poorly).. I didn't discover this for a few weeks. I contacted one of the persons I had dealt with. He said he would get my information to the right people and someone would get back to me. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME. Sales staff said all the right things when I bought the car, after that client/customer service does not exist.
Thanks Rick - Happy
I thought the same as Jeff about support but once I gave them a chance I could not have been any more wrong. Thanks Rick

Very rude sales staff - Chetna
The worst car sales staff I have ever had to deal with. First, we waited over 20 mins and no one was available to assist. We left a number and requested a call back - the person who called asked me to get a quote off the internet. Then he asked whether I was interested in doing business with them. Then I said I was and was looking at finalizing the car in next couple of days and I could return to the showroom to discuss the best deals in 30 mins. I was told they cannot assure even an appointment.
Worst, this guy asked me whether there was another Nissan dealer closer to home where I could go to. Excessively rude people. Definitely not going there again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs!!!

Ricky Li is a fantastic salesman - Happy
I found a vehicle I liked on car guru from Southside Nissan. Ricky Li called me minutes after I sent an email asking a couple of questions. After that he gave me his phone number to which I sent a number of texts asking more questions. He answered me immediately every time and gave me all the information I needed. He treated me with kindness and respect and as if I was the only person he was dealing with. He was truly amazingly helpful and informative. I would highly recommend asking for Ricky if you go into Southside Nissan as you know you will be treated well.
Thank you Ricky,
