DO NOT BUY FROM MORREY NISSAN OF BURNABY, THEY DO NOT INSPECT THEIR USED CARS, BAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT, MANAGEMENT LIARS, CARELESS PEOPLE, EMBARRASSING, SUCH A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
Bought a used Honda Civic from them. They TOOK DEPOSIT WITHOUT PERMISSION, INSPECTION NOT DONE PROPERLY ON THE CAR, JAMES THE MANAGER DID NOT KEEP HIS WORD AND NOT WILLING TO RETURN MONEY IF THE CAR WAS NOT FIXED.
After buying the car and taking delivery of the car this is what I found:
Car steering wheel not aligned, car pulling to the right at slow and high speeds, clutch squeaking sound, the driver window moving very slow, key not working had to change battery, bad wipers, noise coming from under front hood when slowing down. The only inspection they did was for tires and brakes!!
In one month I had to bring the car there 9 times to fix the alignment (wasting my time and money to go there) the service department always said that it was done but never took the time to test drive the car and returned it in the same condition, they never filled up the gas in my car after 50 km of drive every time, never gave me anything for the inconvenience not even a sorry note. Morrey Nissan and Morrey Infinity car mechanics did not know how to fix a simple problem like a car alignment, a careless service.
They do not care about their customers, just want to make money out of anything they get their hands on. James the manager AGREED THAT THEIR USED CARS DO NOT GET INSPECTED AT ALL
I drove the car with Ben, James and two other mechanics, and explained to them all the alignment issues, and they all agreed that the car was pulling to the right.
Driving with Ben made me feel very uncomfortable, he was upset while driving, after he drove the car and realized that the car was not aligned he then changed his mood and assured me to do anything he could to fix the problem, if they could not fix it they would have sent me the money back.
Ben said that it was not his fault that the car had issues, YOU ARE A MANAGER AND MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVERYTHING
After the 7th attempt of fixing it, I called James and he DENIED THAT THE CAR HAD AN ALIGNEMENT PROBLEMS AND NOT WILLING TO RETURN ME THE MONEY, LIAR! We drove it together and he knew that the problem was real and that I have the right to return the car as per their return policy. He then decided to bring it to another dealership, and again said that if they could not fix it he would not return the money. I also had to go to the other dealership and drive with them to explain the problem, again had to spend money and time to go there, luckily they have been able to fix it after the first attempt, and SAVED MORREY A BIG LEGAL CLAIM, The Morrey service department is a joke, the management department is a bunch of careless liars.
Other few notes:
They never followed up, had to always call them to schedule and to find out if the car was fixed , they never called me to go take it when they say they would have called me.
They said they washed the car one time, it was just a spray with water, dirty marks everywhere.
Mechanics searched for the wheel key in my personal items without asking permission and without putting things back in their original place.
They gave me some replacement cars while doing the service on my car with barely any gas in it.
The car was explained to be in mint condition without dents, after inspecting the car I found a dent near the wheel.
When they gave me other cars to drive while mine was being fixed, the drivers did not wear masks and did not sanitize the car after driving.
Every time they took the car, it was in their dealership from 2 to 7 days to get fixed (never got fixed)
When I asked to lubricate the right window they did not bother to to the left one too, I had ask them to do it.
After the last attempt of fixing the car, they did not bother to call me to find out if everything was working.
Finance person did not greet when signing papers.
The list of bad experiences from this dealership is endless.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
