I love my Murano with exception of the electronic problems, which in the platinum model is considerable. It is a great driving vehicle. My sales person, Brylin, was very attentive and I appreciated his efforts. Bottom line is I paid for an extended warranty that the new ownership refuses to recognize. Very disappointed in the lack of attempt to rectify the problem. Several times they tried to over-charge and it was only that we caught it and showed the paperwork that forced them to adjust the bill. I would certainly recommend Nissan but not this dealership. Next stop, media and the BBB.
