Sami was an excellent sales rep and made the entire experience easy and pressure free. He was full of knowledge of all the vehicles we were interested in and made it really easy to ask any questions we might have. Erin was the finance manager that took the time to explain all the extras we purchased and I’m really happy I got the wear care! When we came to pick up the Explorer we selected, he made sure it was a very smooth pick up and had the beautiful Explorer all clean and parked inside. Definitely would recommend Sami and Erinwood Ford to all my friends and Family. Looking forward to my next experience with this Wonderful Dealership!!! More

Dave was always accessable and did everything in his power to ensure there were no delays in finalising the lease once I arrived in the country. Additionally, Erin Smibert in finance was exceptional in expediting the lease paperwork and negotiating the best rate achievable. She made the paperwork effortless - explained in simple terms what I needed to do and what documents/verifications were required whilst she compiled the legal forms and agreements. Both Erin and Dave expleaind in detail all the terms and conditions and gave extensive advice to a ‘newcomer’ to Ontario and Canada. More

What I a about to write is written by the collective behaviour of the entire staff at Erinwood Ford namely Victor Nascimento, Brad Cruickshank, Rajvir Sumra, Adam Pellegrin, Service Manager Frank Dainty and Dealer Principle Dave Raymond. Their truth and transparency really speaks volumes and you can feel this warm and positive vibration this the moment you want in the door. I consider these people to be my friends. They make car buying simple and easy and fun ~ the way it should be ~ in an easy environment where there is no pressure; only a welcome mat and a focus on finding the right vehicle for you. I am a 35 year businessman who works strictly by referral. My code is that my actions have to say to people that I am referable. I can say then with an extremely high level of scrutiny that these people, and Erinwood Ford, are highly and fully referable. More
