Mark got the truck on site and Raj, took me through all the options. The financing team was awesome. Very efficient and helpful. Carol went so far as suggest an option for my existing car (not affecting Erinwood) that I hadn't considered. It was an excellent suggestion and I have taking it. I got my truck all clean and shiny in under 3 days. Winter mats included. Extra warranty as it was a demo. I would definitely go to Erinwood again and most definitely recommend their dealership! More

I knew what I wanted from the start as this is my 4th generation Ford Edge over the last 10 years and it really is the best SUV on market from a value standpoint. The 2018 Titanium easily competes with luxury SUVs that cost 15-20K more. Paul has the qualities you're looking for in a primary sales contact and throughout our sales process he connected me with multiple people at the dealership to address questions I had and every single one of them was helpful and friendly. I have decided to bite the bullet and purchase a 2018 Ford Focus RS. A couple years ago I have purchased a 2016 Mustang GT convertible from Erinwood Ford, and still loving every bit of it. Fast forward 2.5 years later, I decided to reach out to David Grittani again and let me tell you he did not disappoint, my second experience with David was as good as the first one if not better. Thanks to all the management team involved that helped procure such an amazing deal for me and make one of my wishes come through. Carol, you are probably the most professional business manager I have ever met! Only fair that include Gillian on this review, I have been bringing my 2016 Ford Mustang GT in to Erinwood Ford for service for the last 2 and 1/2 years. I've been too many dealerships over my years of shopping cars, but the treatment I received by Sami and his team was non like any before! Sami truly is a living embodiment of Customer service and customer satisfaction. He takes the time and effort to make sure that any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process were answered. Never made me feel anything less even if I felt like I was asking a stupid question, he always would say "there's no such thing as a stupid question". Since I've picked up my Fusion Energi a month ago i still have questions about the car since it has so much tech, he would still take the time to answer any questions I have.
