I’m disgusted with this place! The service started out amazing and went down hill from there. I was within my warranty limits, NO WARRANTY! I was promised I would be helped, I was NOT! I was told I would get a call back not only did that call back not come but she blamed someone else, no apology. My bill was 4014$. Not only will i never go back I would suggest if you buy a vehicle here to save your money on the “extended warranty”! You will pay out of pocket anyways. Thanks for the expensive lesson. After having my vehicle for over 2 weeks they couldn’t even find time to give it I quick clean. But they were able to leave an empty air freshener can on my floor.

I visited this dealership today for extended warranty service on my 2011 Chevrolet Impala. I made the appointment just yesterday. My problem was some common error messsages that just recently appeared on the dash instrument display as well as the check engine symbol. For the record the messages were"reduced engine power", and "service the stabiltrac", as well as "service the traction control", and the check engine symbol. I had previously phoned GM customer service ( 1-800-263-3777) and told them my problem. GM Customer Service was very understanding and informed me that my warranty was extended to 10 years and there would be no charge for the repair of this problem. Sherwood Chev repaired my problem by replacing the accelerator pedal assembly. Sherwood Chev also paid for my ride home, and later a ride back to the dealership to pick up my repaired vehicle,( very much appreciated). My repair bill for the total job was $0.00, they did not even charge for doing the diagnostic test. GM customer service said I may have to pay for the diagnostic. Needless to say I am very happy with the service I received today at Sherwood Chev, and would highly recommend taking your vehicle to this GM dealership.

I took my Kia for a service and found it was worth more to buy or lease a new truck then to service it. I talked to Jacob Roberts and he worked out a deal for me to lease a new truck. New vehicle mechanical problems - Rider Fan
We purchased a new 2018 Equinox in late March. On April 1st on the vehicles first road trip it failed and had to be towed home. Over several weeks as the Mainline shop staff dug into the problem with the vehicle ( it has roughly 250 kms on it) the problem began to turn into problems and it became evident to us this was not a vehicle we wanted any longer. Kevin and his staff at Mainline presented us with a proposal to take back the failed vehicle and get us a different new 2018 Equinox, which we have now taken delivery of. A huge thankyou to Kevin and his staff, they turned a very difficult situation for us into a happy ending. Very very pleased with the end result and thankyou to Kindersley Mainline !!!!

Could not recommend higher. Were trading in our used vehicle towards purchasing a newer used vehicle and everything was above board and transparent. No attempts were made to low ball our trade , and were very honest and open in what trade in value was and why. Any concernes or questions were answered very promptly and was a very pleasant experience. Am from Regina and made drive to Moose Jaw to purchase, and will do again without hesitation in the future.

they take way to long to do a simple compter upgrade,,,,,2 times I have been there for a simple fix that has taken them the whole day to do. plus they way overbook themselves,,maybe why a simple thing takes the entire day to do!!!!!

Sold a vehicle under the premise all necessary work done when nothing was completed. Vehicle components failed nearly causing a traffic collision. Dealer principle spoken to and refused to offer any recourse or reimbursement. Just the opposite, they threatened legal action for slander if they saw any recount of the absent repairs or any reference to the incident. Shady, crooked, and misrepresented. Next complaint goes to FCAA Saskatchewan. One star given because of no option for a negative rating.
