Excellent service! Dependable and respectful service department. After having a very negative and frustrating experience at Schwab in Leduc it was recommended to us to take our truck to Adams. Best decision we made was to see Dean in Adams service department. Dean went beyond our expectations and was able to resolve all the issues we were having with the truck. He went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied and happy customers. Dean and his staff understand and respect the term “customer service” and they actually work to ensure customers satisfaction because they want the repeat business. I would highly recommend the service department at Adams because they stand behind their product and work.

I had an issue with my power steering in my vehicle. They booked our truck in the next day as it was late in the afternoon. Service got our truck in as soon as they opened. They needed to order parts, it of course was something unusual. Soon as the parts arrived they were on it within the hour.
I am so pleased with the experience, with the whole dealership. Even the salesman, sales manager and shop manager was checking on us making sure everything in their power was being done. It was! I am hard to please, but this dealership goes the extra mile every time I need something. (maybe that is why the two largest fleets in the area use them?)

Davis claimed to have found $8,500 worth of repairs including engine problems, strut leaks, and needing an oil change. Charged me $250 just to inspect. Changed the oil just before taking my vehicle in to Davis. Engine was new, but the steering made a sound when turning the steering wheel.
Took elsewhere and fixed steering, but no other problems found. Major scam.
They haven't contacted me or returned my phone calls.

Damaged my car and refuse to refund money - Justice
I took my car in for an oil change. Somebody did not screw the oil cap on right and unknown to me I drove for 100's of km like this. I lost power and opened the hood to see oil was shooting to the back of the engine from the oil cap, which was cross threaded on. I put the cap on right and took it to Schwab because of an engine light. They said the light was likely because the cap wasn't on right. They reset it.It came back on once I made it to Edmonton. I went back twice more and they reset it again and then booked me in to have a look. Shaun said he would charge me for half the cost for the 100 point inspection to determine what happened. Turned out the pvc valve blew and cracked the crankshaft cover as well. This was directly caused by the oil cap being cross threaded and the pressure. They charged me to fix this, and on top of that also charged me for a break inspection and a diagnosis fee. I didn't agree with it,and they told me to try GM and see if they will cover it under the warranty that expired a few months before. So I paid the bill hoping I would get the money back. But that never happened, and so I told Schwab I wanted my money back for the repair. They offered half the price,and I said no, especially considering that I had driven a total of four hours out of my way to have my vehicle fixed by them. They said no and I said that I will take them to court then. Upon talking with a lawyer, he told me to go back and tell them I would accept 1/2 the bill back in an effort to mitigate my losses. I went back and they refused....SO much for treating a loyal customer good. now I must file legal action to get not only that money back, but the time lost, and other costs...I will never go back to GM again!

Had a very poor experience with Kipp Scott GMC twice now. The first time I was surprised with a bill for $250 that was not disclosed prior to service, the provided service was supposed to be under warranty but when I booked the appointment they said it would be covered and conveniently it was 2 days after that warranty ran out.
The second experience was when my stereo failed 1500km after the bumper to bumper warranty ended. When booked in they said it would be no issue to resolve and it would be covered under warranty but then half way through the inspection I recieved a call saying the diagnostics will not be free and any issues found parts and service will not be covered either. I was then told I would receive a call Monday morning regarding a fix in good faith. It is a week later now and no phone call. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from Kipp Scott GMC and would recommend anyone new or old to GMC products steers clear of their service center.

After a failed service appointment was contacted by a Leslie Strome and told to call her any time I required service again. Keep in mind this was the 3rd service appointment that was terrible. Called and was forwarded to Leslie 3 time each time no answer and no returned call after leaving messages. Truck was in for a service at the end of April and I complained of a ticking noise. Had a multipoint vehicle inspection done and yet they tell me there is no issue. A week later it gets even worse. So I dig in and find the issue. Never felt like a dealer cared less than this one. Asked to speak to service manager and was put on a line that effectively ended the call.
