We had car trouble passing through Clairesholm on Oct 17, our Honda Accorda broke down but after a short period of time and very fair charge your group had us up and running, great job by all, it is nice to know that great service s still available, A Hugh thanks for the service. We have to say after seeing Marketplace about dealerships getting people to pay for service not needed we were a little worried. Maretplacee should now do a show on dealers who are outstanding at there jobs to give the public the confidence to trust what they are being told is truth.. Mel and Nancy

"Incredible services department and sales!"

The services department (Scott) is remarkable! We have had our vehicles serviced here and they are very thorough and honest. Whether you book an appointment or drop in with a problem, they are very attentive and caring, going out of their way to help you immediately. The last 3 months we have been looking for a used vehicle and Clayton (Sales) has spent hours searching and trying to find us a vehicle, calling and updating us with his finds. We now own a new vehicle that was priced and perfect for our liking! Lots of friendly, caring people here to help all your needs! Highly recommended!

"A quick drive from Calgary but SO worth it"

We brought our off warranty Yukon in for service and for a few items to be fixed…we come out of Calgary where we’ve found that the customer service and subsequent work always seems to be frustrating & inferior; which is definitely NOT the case in Claresholm. Customer Service went above and beyond and I am extremely happy to say the all of the items that were to be fixed were done on time and more importantly right the first time. Well worth the drive for us, will definitely be a returning customer.

I had a very serious problem with my vehicle. The team at Davis Chevrolet Claresholm took care of me very well and quickly. Right from service to sales. From what the service department told me I decided to trade in my vehicle and purchase new. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new vehicle. "Poor Communication & Slow Service"

My Enclave had a power steering failure, and I was told it was a recall issue. Long story short, my car spent over a month at Westwind/Davis waiting for parts and repairs. I was promised that someone would call with status updates and that never happened. During that time, my phone calls and messages asking for an update were never returned. I would drive down there in the vehicle they eventually loaned me to check on the progress. I got my car back for a few weeks and the same problem happened again, yesterday. I am very frustrated with the length of time and poor workmanship or parts. I am not sure whether it's the garage or the manufacturer's problem right now. The first time the power steering blew, I was in Fort Macleod and had to have my car towed. I was charged almost $500 for just the parts and repair and I still don't know if that will be refunded back to me. I am not a happy customer and up until this point I have always owned a Chev/GMC vehicle. These recent events are making me question my loyalty to this brand... I finally got my car back after another week in the garage, I did sit down with the owner and he explained the problem and why it happened three times. He apologized for the length of time it took to fix and the lack of communication, which they are working on. Interestingly, I went to their website and found they had a live chat capability. So within in minute or so I was chatting with someone about my problem. I got the phone number for some customer care people in Ontario. I think more resources should be put into answering and returning phone calls, than chat. Most people just want to talk to a real person. I am glad that the issue is resolved and I appreciate that they listened and understood my frustration with the whole incident. Thank you Tim Davis for taking the time to help me out!

"I can't begin to explain how professional and caring..."

I can't begin to explain how professional and caring the people are at West Wind GM. I was traveling to college (From Calgary to Lethbridge) and my truck (Chevrolet s-10) broke down near Claresholm, Alberta. I took it to Westwind GM to get it serviced. After a small mix up in communication I was more then taking care of. They offered me rides to and from the dealership. Made sure my truck stayed inside the shop so my bed in the back would not be destroyed and even offered to drop it off for me. Thank you very much!
