Professional, efficient and competative After finding the vehicle we were interested in online at HMP, we were able to finish deal in a few emails and calls. Since I had no previous relationship with this dealer, I was forwarded to salesman Chuck Erb. During my first call, Chuck listened to what I was asking about, and answered those questions. He also took the information on my trade so that he could send me pricing. He was very timely in sending me a quote that included two finance and the cash option. He set the vehicle aside since we are three hours away and could not get there for three days. When we did visit the dealership, the vehicle and Chuck were ready for us. After a quick viewing, and discussion with Chuck, our initial opinion of HMP was confirmed. The vehicle was exactly as stated and we were treated perfectly. We spent about hour at the dealership, paperwork was completed and we were on our way. Anne at reception was also a very helpful and pleasant in the times that I talked to and met her. These folks had a car I wanted and right from my first contact, the relationship was positive. I first emailed Chuck Erb regarding information on the car. He was very prompt and helpful. He was the same on the phone and when I finally met him. With his experienced manner, he provided me with all the information I asked for on the Corvette as well as an extensive history on the car. He was very low key in terms of pushing some dealer tactics forward that we as consumers have grown to detest about the buying experience. Thanks Chuck Anne Sullivan is a great front person to have as the face of your dealership. She is very friendly and helpful.
