The courtesy, professionalism, honesty and truly authentic interactions were amazing. I worked with Susan Riddell (Business Manager) and Tim Hamather (Dealer Principal) and was very impressed. Due to a shortage of cars available, the specific model I was looking for (CT5-V) was arriving at HMP and I live 200+ km's away. We did the entire transaction remotely (including a video tour of the car from Susan) ... all of which culminated in Tim personally delivering the car to my home. Tim is an exceptionally genuine person and was a great pleasure to meet him and his wife (who joined him for the drive). HMP is the type of dealership that makes car buying a special experience. We have been dealing with HMP for many years on sales and service and I honestly don't know why everyone doesn't. The process is always easy and everyone is so accommodating.
