Starting with Ann at the reception desk to sales and service, we have never been disappointed. Our sales experience with Bill Vanderworp and Susan Riddell was an extremely positive experience. Bill was very accommodating and friendly ,as always, in our purchase and Susan was able to track down or long unused GM Points, which were quite substantial and made a huge impact on our final deal. We felt that Jeff Mathers made us a very good offer on the trade in of our previous Acadia. I continually advocate for HMP. I live in London and I love observing all of the HMP license plate markers in the city. I could, and never would change my loyalty to HMP. The Dealership always goes "Above and Beyond". More

Another Great Experience I started the adventure back before Christmas. I started out wanting a Chev Silverado Z 71. After much searching through the various packages with Cat I started the adventure back before Christmas. I started out wanting a Chev Silverado Z 71. After much searching through the various packages with Cathy Gray, I ended up with a heavy duty Sierra which I love. It appeared to be the only way I could get the trailering mirrors I needed. I give Cathy top marks for tenacity. She had to order my truck because there wasn't one around that satisfied my requirements. When the truck arrived Cathy was quite ill and couldn't make it to work, but a couple of colleagues rose to the challenge and made the appointment work since it was the only time I could come that week. I forgot the ownership from my 2014 truck and had to drive on gravel roads with my brand new truck to get it, When I returned Anne asked me if that was my new truck that was so dirty. I replied yes. She then called service to get it washed for me asap. An unexpected bonus!!! The next day when Cathy returned to work, we talked as she wanted to make sure I got everything I needed. I love my new truck as it has everything I want. I just regret that Cathy had to work so hard to get it. Seems like GM could streamline their process and make it easier to order the vehicle you want. I commend the HMP team for making everything work under less than ideal circumstances. More
