I have always had a great experience when it comes to the service and friendliness at Capital GMC. Whenever I was looking for another vehicle they accommodated me by showing me everything within my criteria/price range. Never have I had anyone from Capital try to push me towards a certain vehicle or to buy new instead of used. The fact that I have always been able to get what I want for a trade continues to amaze me, since I tried to trade vehicles at Wheaton Chevrolet and they continued to low ball me for my trade, that's when I decided Capital GMC would be a much more viable option.

Sales person was very friendly and tried helping as best they could , however management not recognizing an internet advertised price led me to another dealership that did. I have dealt with their service department in the past and likely will in the future, but it might be a while before I give them a chance one day to possibly earn my sales business back.

worth your time to stop by or call ahead...they will give you good directions if you happen to get lost and all you can see for miles are cows and gravel roads
Great Experience purchasing a used vehicle - happycustomer
Could not recommend higher. Were trading in our used vehicle towards purchasing a newer used vehicle and everything was above board and transparent. No attempts were made to low ball our trade , and were very honest and open in what trade in value was and why. Any concernes or questions were answered very promptly and was a very pleasant experience. Am from Regina and made drive to Moose Jaw to purchase, and will do again without hesitation in the future.
New vehicle mechanical problems - Rider Fan
We purchased a new 2018 Equinox in late March. On April 1st on the vehicles first road trip it failed and had to be towed home. Over several weeks as the Mainline shop staff dug into the problem with the vehicle ( it has roughly 250 kms on it) the problem began to turn into problems and it became evident to us this was not a vehicle we wanted any longer. Kevin and his staff at Mainline presented us with a proposal to take back the failed vehicle and get us a different new 2018 Equinox, which we have now taken delivery of. A huge thankyou to Kevin and his staff, they turned a very difficult situation for us into a happy ending. Very very pleased with the end result and thankyou to Kindersley Mainline !!!!

We upgraded our 2007 Yukon to a 2014 Yukon. Earl was great. He had the '14 Yukon all ready for a test drive. Earl made the deal easy. The Owner & General Manager (Lyall) even personally put our new plate on the '14 Yukon.

they take way to long to do a simple compter upgrade,,,,,2 times I have been there for a simple fix that has taken them the whole day to do. plus they way overbook themselves,,maybe why a simple thing takes the entire day to do!!!!!
Frustrating customer service - truckdude
Very poor work from the service department/body shop. They never call when a part I ordered is in despite being told over the phone that they would call. I've had parts sit there for weeks without a word from any employee of the service department. The parts manager is the only competent employee as far as i'm concerned.

Their service department will try to squeeze every last dime they can out of you. If you are someone who does not know much about vehicles they will take complete advantage of you. If you take your vehicle here you will get ripped off.
