I bought my 2nd duramax from these guys now. I got quotes from swift current and rosetown. Swift current was way high and rosetown was about the same but the were stringing me along. Shaunavon did my deal right both times and I'll be back again. Their shop gets me in right away too. Swift takes forever but they're probably mad because I don't buy there.

I retired from the car business after 40 years. It felt weird to be on the other side of the desk. Peter Wall was second to none to deal with, he took his time with both my wife and me. He answered all our questions. He did not take me for granted as I was in the business. I took delivery of the 2019 Trax today and he gave me the tour of the dealership, introduced me to Sean Robson the General Sales Manager and was treated very well and thanked me for the business. Every person I met was awesome and showed a genuine appreciation for my business. If you want a no nonsense purchase experience go to Wheaton GM ask for Peter Wall and you will be treated with an experience that is second to none!!

I took my 2007 Vibe in for a Recall for passenger air bag. I was talked into further services. I got a call from service advisor. They couldn't turn off my car. Simple tap on brake or use remote is what it takes. Then when it was time to pick up my car it wouldn't start. So I didn't have car for 2 days. Then I got car and next morning it wouldn't start. They 3 times swore battery was checked. Finally after more time and problems I took it to CT. Problem? Bad battery. I will not be back to Mann and I dealt with them for a long time. Very disappointed.

Bought a Silverado years ago.
Was going to trade it in and found out it was in a $20k damage accident which I was unaware about , this was before Carfax was a big thing .
Salesman claimed he didn't know but that should be checked before taking a vehicle in. Maybe I'm partially at fault too
Service department is pretty bad , had.a problem starting in the cold , I knew exactly what the problem was but the mechanics would fix everything except for what I told them to fix.

We came to RMP after our 2014 SUV blew up on the side of the road, we were already stressed and had no idea what we were looking for. Our experience started out pleasant and pressure free but that pretty much changed the second we picked a vehicle. First financing was done without the proper loan payout amount and we were left to pay a significant amount of money out of pocket to keep the payments at what we were quoted.We were then booked in for 2 days of work for the protection products we purchased along with it. There was no booking to be found and I was shuffled between reception, service and autobody multiple times before them finally taking it in and sending me out in minus 30 to hunt down the loaner and brush it off with my own brush from my own vehicle. The day I was to pick mine back up I was called and told that after keeping it the 2 days not everything was completed. Once I was able to pick it up the spare key was not returned and the mats that were ordered were wrong. 2 months later my check engine light came on and I got a diagnostic email to my phone saying to turn it off immediately and service within 24 hours. Took it in to find out it was a common censor problem in the cold and they fixed it by zip tying a card board piece to the front of a brand new vehicle. The part came in and the took the board off but left the part in the box in my back seat. Wasn't till an oil change that that got fixed too. Again took it in this morning to have a spot look at that was taken off by a wand wash. Get there to find out there was no booking. Finally got it in to be told there was actually damage, I was lying and they wouldn't be covering it, I spend money for extra protection for nothing. I spent a lot of money on a new vehicle to be treated like my time is nothing and to be called a liar. My biggest regret in life is purchasing this vehicle and I will never buy anything from RMP again. Will also be sure that no friends or family do either.

New vehicle mechanical problems - Rider Fan
We purchased a new 2018 Equinox in late March. On April 1st on the vehicles first road trip it failed and had to be towed home. Over several weeks as the Mainline shop staff dug into the problem with the vehicle ( it has roughly 250 kms on it) the problem began to turn into problems and it became evident to us this was not a vehicle we wanted any longer. Kevin and his staff at Mainline presented us with a proposal to take back the failed vehicle and get us a different new 2018 Equinox, which we have now taken delivery of. A huge thankyou to Kevin and his staff, they turned a very difficult situation for us into a happy ending. Very very pleased with the end result and thankyou to Kindersley Mainline !!!!

worth your time to stop by or call ahead...they will give you good directions if you happen to get lost and all you can see for miles are cows and gravel roads

Could not recommend higher. Were trading in our used vehicle towards purchasing a newer used vehicle and everything was above board and transparent. No attempts were made to low ball our trade , and were very honest and open in what trade in value was and why. Any concernes or questions were answered very promptly and was a very pleasant experience. Am from Regina and made drive to Moose Jaw to purchase, and will do again without hesitation in the future.

they take way to long to do a simple compter upgrade,,,,,2 times I have been there for a simple fix that has taken them the whole day to do. plus they way overbook themselves,,maybe why a simple thing takes the entire day to do!!!!!
