Used to be a pleasant experience parting with your money to get car serviced here. Pandemic measures are to be expected. The overall experience has deteriorated significantly. What should take an hour, takes 4. They call you by your last name. People aren’t cattle. Will go to a neighborhood auto shop for oil changes in future.

I'm giving this dealership one star because that star belongs to the sales person who handled with us only. The original Cantonese sales bushed us off as like he doesn't want our business. Anyhow, everything else was handled very poorly after the car purchase. I've let a couple things slide and didn't make a fuss about it already but the following problems are really inconvenient and concerning! 1. We ordered winter tires with this dealership and was PROMISED that we will be able to pick it up in couple days. But we weren't able to pick up the tires until like 2 weeks later. We kept asking for a refund so we can buy the tires somewhere else asap but they refused. Why waste our time? Especially it's starting to snow. 2. Finally we picked up the tires and we went to our mechanic to change our tires. Guess what! This dealership did not provide us a wheel lock key and towing eyelet! What a waste of our time AGAIN! Thank gosh we didn't need to use spare tires in the middle of road otherwise, disaster! I don't even know how can we take the wheel off. Seriously give me the key and compensate all the time we wasted. 3. Come on! I asked for winter floor mats and they gave me used scratched winter floor mats! Why!!! Then just be honest with me and tell me it will be used winter floor mats to begin with! 4. We were told our spare keys will be ready in two to four days after the purchase. But it's almost 3 weeks and currently, we still haven't got our spare keys yet. 5. Don't trust how reliable Lexus cars are because it's just based on luck. Our car is having audio, auto lock, keypad and weird air con noise problems! Tips. Make sure everything is here and set before purchasing the vehicle. Otherwise goodluck waiting and waiting. Their promises are nothing.

Let me explain why...I just bought my second lexus from this dealership in 1 year...I'm located 2 hours away from this dealership. I just bought a 2022 NX 350 from Amarjit. He is the KING of cars. He doesn't disappoint...you are welcomed like family. Treated like a brother and respected like a Prince. From the second i contacted him about a vehicle for my fiance to the time I picked it up and the follow up.. the service and responsiveness is TOP NOTCH. My ocd was completely satisfied. The vehicle was as stated with a few extra touches. It's COMPLETELY the reason I drove 2 hours past all the other lexus dealers to see my man Amarjit for a vehicle. Worst experience when lease transfer was done. No paperwork provides to insure the vehicle. After repeated asking and visiting the dealership was asked to contact the Lexus Canada or Toyota credit to get the lease documents to provide insurance company. Go figure. There is a hefty charge for lease transfer with no help when asked for.

My girlfriend, and partner at work, had a stroke in Jan 2020. For 16 months she has worked tirelessly through pain and rehabilitation to get back to as close to normal as possible. I’m so proud of her progress. She had a 43rd birthday in June and I wanted to find a good used Toyota Rav 4, one she’s always wanted. Well I found one at Lexus of Lakeridge. We bought it sight unseen, except for photos, but we felt confident that our salesman Kevin G. would be 100%. We had the vehicle shipped from Ontario to Quebec via Livingston Transport who matched a competitors price. They were exceptional. It arrived June 17th and not a scratch on it. Needless to say Michelle is “beside herself” with joy but no one is more deserving. I can say from seeing her hooked on machines in the ICU to seeing her expression when I drove it up her driveway, that she gave me a happiness and a pleasure I have never felt.
