I bought my car earlier this year from this dealership and had one of best experiences then. But on my return today to get my car serviced I was so exited to see that the service level was even a notch better. My service manager Michelle Singh showed great patience and professionalism around our questions about the service and answered each one of them to the best of our expectations. I am so glad to have chosen Don Valley Lexus!

One of the salespeople, Jason Zhang, is extremely mean and arrogant when I inquired about the prices. I understand Lexus is a hot sell at Ontario but doesn’t mean he get to use all those demeaning words to the potential customers. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Terrible dealership. The only positive thing I will say is during the process of buying the car, everything is super smooth. Then we ran into hiccups with the service department, nickel and diming us. Everything there is overpriced and on top of it, THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR YOUR RENTAL WHEN THEY CANT GET THE CAR BACK TO YOU IN THE TIMELINE THEY INITIALLY SAID! Now let’s go to the end of lease. Everyone acts like your best friend because there’s equity in the vehicle, and you act in good faith, be honest with them and the minute they know you’re not buying out the car and/or going to another brand, that’s when the knives go in your back. You would think their owner would at least want you to go to another one of their dealerships even if it’s not another Lexus. I waited 2 weeks to hear from someone from another brand, but same owner, and nothing. I tried trading in the lease to another brand and the GM blocked it. Made up a new clause that only another Lexus dealership can buy the vehicle now. This was no where in the lease agreement and they made it up on the spot to block us trading the car in. Then they offered us 1500 to bring the car back yet the other dealerships were giving us minimum 4K. Luckily we found another dealership that owns a Lexus dealership and they took the car no questions asked. Avoid Lexus of Oakville at all costs.

Sales manager Marc Durocher was pure evil to me. Here is my story. I tried buying new corolla cash price and was told the wait is up to 18 months. I placed $500 deposit and waited. My old car broke and new car is not coming for another year so I needed another car. I called dealer ahead of time to speak with my sales guy named Khan and I was transferred to his desk with no answer. I drove down to dealer 10 minutes away just to be told by sales manager Marc Durocher who was EXTREMELY ARROGANT and SUPER RUDE to me, than Khan is not in today and I need appointment to get my $500 deposit back but no appointments to put 500 down. Manager made a big deal out of it and after being super rude to me, he left . Out of nowhere my sales guy Khan just showed up on his day off, he was in the whole time. They both chatted in office about not giving me refund coz I may or may not have purchased another car while the sales bill clearly states refund upon cancelation. Khan started playing games and telling me coz I payed with debit the refund might not work and he might have to cut me a check. Few seconds later debit went thru, I got refund back from Khan. Now comes the worst part. After I left dealer angry I called Marc Durocher and asked him why he was so Rude to me, he didn't care, denied the whole thing. Once I told him that I will contact Toyota headoffice and my lawyer he said in arrogant tone " Don't forget to spell my name right", then he hanged up on me. I called back to only get voice mail. I will be contacting Toyota Canada. Liers, cheats, arrogant man. Stay away from Bel-Air. Crooks !!!

My family bought not 1 but 2 Lexus RX last year in December primarily because we heard about reliability and exceptional customer service (completely untrue). This summer, we had a slight tear in the leather of the car and when I contacted the service department, I got run around for almost 3 weeks before they completely stopped answering calls. Probably going to try switching dealerships for future services to see if I get any better service. But for now I would never recommend anyone getting a Lexus or at least getting it from this dealership.

Beware of their attempts to try and extract unnecessary service fees if you plan to buy out your lease. They continously tried to tell me that the safety on the car I was buying had to be done with them. That was completely false and shameful on their part. It took me an extra two weeks of back and forth before they relented and agreed that I was right.

Worst experience when lease transfer was done. No paperwork provides to insure the vehicle. After repeated asking and visiting the dealership was asked to contact the Lexus Canada or Toyota credit to get the lease documents to provide insurance company. Go figure. There is a hefty charge for lease transfer with no help when asked for.

My girlfriend, and partner at work, had a stroke in Jan 2020. For 16 months she has worked tirelessly through pain and rehabilitation to get back to as close to normal as possible. I’m so proud of her progress. She had a 43rd birthday in June and I wanted to find a good used Toyota Rav 4, one she’s always wanted. Well I found one at Lexus of Lakeridge. We bought it sight unseen, except for photos, but we felt confident that our salesman Kevin G. would be 100%. We had the vehicle shipped from Ontario to Quebec via Livingston Transport who matched a competitors price. They were exceptional. It arrived June 17th and not a scratch on it. Needless to say Michelle is “beside herself” with joy but no one is more deserving. I can say from seeing her hooked on machines in the ICU to seeing her expression when I drove it up her driveway, that she gave me a happiness and a pleasure I have never felt. Thank you Kevin for your honesty, your assistance every step of the way and for delivering on all of your promises. I will gladly refer business in your direction. God bless.
