Hello, I came on July 29, 2026 for the routine maintenance of my (rather old) Toyota Corolla. The whole experience was very smooth. The car was inspected and I went to the waiting area. There, I met Mr. Tessier, who helped me quickly with the registration and inquired whether I had any questions. The workshop recommended changing the cabin and engine filter elements. He informed me and advised without pressure. I followed his advice and agreed to change the filters. Everything went very smoothly. Mr. Tessier handed me the report. All in all it was a very nice experience, and I want to thank Mr. Tessier for his help. More

I give Belair Toyota a rating of 0 but it is not possible on the scale provided. Feb 24, 2025 I had the first oil change on my brand new corolla cross done at Belair Toyota. The technician did not put the drain plug on the oil pan correctly. Almost all the oil leaked all over my garage floor. I discovered the problem March 10 and I had to have my car towed to Belair March 11. Initially I spoke with Josianne Parent the General Manager she reassured me my car would be ok and was helpful. I was terrifed the motor of my new car would be damaged. She also told me I wasn't the only one who had this happen and someone was let go because of this issue. I was off on holidays when the problem occurred. I had booked appointments for March 11 which I had to cancel because I had to have my car towed and had no idea how long it would take to get my car back on the road. They redid the oil change and said someone would come and clean my garage floor. They tried twice to clean my garage floor (March 12, and March 28) it didn't work. March 28th I was told by James Hodgson the service manager they would come back and clean my garage floor with a torch if the 2nd cleaning didn't work. . I was initially offered car detailing as compensation. I live out of town and I would have to leave the car there all day so I declined the detailing. I asked for the next service 1 and a free oil change instead and to have my floor cleaned. However after the 2nd failed attempt at cleaning the floor and the continued time I was loosing because of the dealerships negligence and my lack of confidence in them, I decided I no longet wanted a free oil change. I asked for a refund for the oil change, ASAP, the service 1, and for my garage floor to be cleaned with the torch. After emailing several times April 21st I was offered the credit for my oil change, the service one and my floor cleaned. Fanastic a resolution. I confirmed this would be acceptable on April 21st. It is now May 11th I still have not received my refund nor have they cleaned my garage floor. I reached out again to James Hodgson and Josianne Parent April 25th and May 5th. Both emails were ignored. In the beginning I gave Belair Toyota the benefit of the doubt to fix their mess. Mistakes are made everywhere. However now I am appalled at my treatment. I guess they thought I would just give up. I will not give up, and as a result of them ignoring me I decided to write this review. I have lost complete faith in this dealership and I would not recommend their services to anyone. The time and stress this dealership has caused me, seems to mean nothing to them. Their compensatiion offered was nothing from a giant company. I thought Toyota was a reputable company I certainly think differently now. When I purchased this car last June 2 other family memebers also purchased new vehicles from Bank Street Toyota who were amazing. Myfamily and friends are disgusted at how I have been treated. None of us nor our friends will ever go to Belair Toyota. More

Sales manager Marc Durocher was pure evil to me. Here is my story. I tried buying new corolla cash price and was told the wait is up to 18 months. I placed $500 deposit and waited. My old car broke and new car is not coming for another year so I needed another car. I called dealer ahead of time to speak with my sales guy named Khan and I was transferred to his desk with no answer. I drove down to dealer 10 minutes away just to be told by sales manager Marc Durocher who was EXTREMELY ARROGANT and SUPER RUDE to me, than Khan is not in today and I need appointment to get my $500 deposit back but no appointments to put 500 down. Manager made a big deal out of it and after being super rude to me, he left . Out of nowhere my sales guy Khan just showed up on his day off, he was in the whole time. They both chatted in office about not giving me refund coz I may or may not have purchased another car while the sales bill clearly states refund upon cancelation. Khan started playing games and telling me coz I payed with debit the refund might not work and he might have to cut me a check. Few seconds later debit went thru, I got refund back from Khan. Now comes the worst part. After I left dealer angry I called Marc Durocher and asked him why he was so Rude to me, he didn't care, denied the whole thing. Once I told him that I will contact Toyota headoffice and my lawyer he said in arrogant tone " Don't forget to spell my name right", then he hanged up on me. I called back to only get voice mail. I will be contacting Toyota Canada. Liers, cheats, arrogant man. Stay away from Bel-Air. Crooks !!! More
