Brought my 2016 3500 in to get my fuel filters changed took them 1 and a half hours??? Didn't put the seal on the fuel filter canister drove to GP lost a quarter tank of fuel. Cost me another $200 to buy tools and a seal plus my time. There not willing to admit to it or compensate me xxx. Never go back again.

I had a remote starter installed in my RVR at Bow Mitsubishi less than two years ago (I've had it it for only one winter) and recently learned that it worked only by pressing "open" three times on my fob in stead of "close", so I took my car in today for diagnostics. Turns out the part was faulty, but because I had driven enough kms during summer (and who uses a remote starter in summer to know if it's working properly?) to exceed the warranty, a new module wasn't covered. The rep at the service counter said starters are usually good for several years, so the fault was obviously with the poor quality of the starter I originally got. All in, my "basic" starter ended up costing me over $1200, leaving me mistrustful of Mitsubishi parts and unsure of the new starter's reliability. The service rep spoke calmly and respectfully, but I would have appreciated Mitsubishi making it up to me somehow since the problem arose because of the part THEY installed. Rubbing salt in the wound, the technician hadn't closed my car hood completely either (I found out as I drove away). My rating is based off this bad experience compounded by the fact a faulty part was installed on a previous visit.

We needed to sell a vehicle and looked at options in Lethbridge. After meeting a number of places making "low ball" offers and park & sell options that really weren't worth the cost, we went to Truck Town. We met Kayla & Brooke, who besides being very friendly and personable, were beyond professional and to the point. They made us a very reasonable offer, never pulled the "black book" play ( which all others did, with one showing me the value of my vehicle in Ontario not Alberta!!). Kayla followed up the next day to confirm our decision (only dealer to call back!!). We dropped off the vehicle that day and picked up our cheque ...... absolutely stress free and totally on point!! If you need to sell a vehicle, do yourself a favour, go straight to Truck Town and meet Kayla & Brooke. You won't be disappointed ...Thanks ladies for an absolute stress free experience!

I bought a 2025 Jeep Compass sport from this place, the car only has 7000 kilometers on it, the paint is so thin it's covered in paint chips and scratches, the muffler is worn out, the car is very loud, the transmission doesn't shift properly, loud and rough shifts. I've had two flat tires and the car did not come with a spare. The price tag and payments on this car are ridiculously high. Do not buy anything from this place they are a rip off and nothing is covered by warranty.

Be extremely careful dealing with EEC Motors. I received a call from someone claiming to represent them asking for a vehicle VIN under the pretext of “someone buying it and writing it off through their business.” That is unusual, alarming and not standard industry practice. I challenged them for clear details and they became evasive. Tip: Before proceeding with any auto business in Alberta, check with the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council (AMVIC) to confirm the business licence status. I’m posting this so others don’t fall into potential risk.

I bought a used Juke on the 13th of Marchand I love the car The salesman Jon was very good. When l picked up the car it it was very clean Thats where it all went south.. I was handed 2 sets of keys. One was programmed fir the car and the other was an after market fob. I was told that its like $150 to program it so I thought I'd go elsewhere to get it done cheaper O had a locksmith come yo my house and he tried fir 45 minutes and he couldn't get it to work. So on the 23rd I called Cochrane Nissan and got put through to service and was told that someone would get back to me and it is now the 26th and I'm still waiting. I do understand that they get busy but this is ridiculous . Norm Sharlow

Almost 3 years ago, I bought a 2012 Avenger from here. They were super friendly and bent over backwards to get me in the car. When I went to pick the car up, I was surprised to hear I would be paying 19.9% interest. There was a added on warranty which, was added to the purchase price and. The vehicle has had a GPS ignition interrupt system installed. Which is also added to the price. The car was priced $1,095 adobe blue book. Within a month, I had to replace the throttle body, $1,190. You see, the warranty only covers internally lubricated parts. “Engine and trans”. Replace 2 airflow actuators, $970. Have the bumper cover installed properly so it wouldn’t come off. Another $750. This dealer is not a AMVIC member. The problems continue. If you have a breakdown, they’ll lend you the money for repairs at 20% interest. You couldn’t convince me to ever go near this place again. By the time you pay your vehicle off, you’ve paid for it twice.

Our experience with Revolution RV in Edmonton has been extremely disappointing. We feel that we were treated unfairly, and we have serious concerns about the documents associated with our transaction. In particular, we discovered issues involving signatures on Bill of sales/ documents that we did not authorize. This is a very serious matter I made a complaint to AMVIC, Edmonton Police Dept & Bank, and it has completely damaged our trust in the dealership. Buying a vehcile is a significant financial commitment, and customers deserve honesty, transparency, and proper documentation. Unfortunately, our experience has left us feeling misled and deeply dissatisfied. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehcile from this dealership to carefully review every document, verify all signatures, and keep copies of all paperwork before signing or completing a transaction. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and provides a proper explanation and resolution. Every time when we there for resolution they always wasted our time and always have lame excuses & new story. Very frustrated and sick of this non-professional people.

Bad experience with nissan spruce grove finance manager natasha! If you don’t get the extended warranty that she will offer. She will be rude and say anything that she wants. I said to her that i do not need the warranty because i do have a mechanic brother and she said to me “did you’re brother will pay the parts? Did you’re brother will pay this and that? And she said if she is on my shoes, she will not let any of her family member to work for her for free!” Well who are you to tell me that? You even said my decision is silly because i refused to get the warranty! That is so rude!! Be aware of this finance manager named natasha. I’ve been dealing with a lot of finance person but she is the worst! The work ethic of being professional is not with her. No calls and no reaching out from any of the manager after it happened. So i never recommend nissan spruce grove dealership in alberta!

In July 2017, travelling thru whitecourt, our truck broke down, we had it towed to spruceland Ford, all we asked for was to have our truck fixed, simple request, but all we got was a run around, now the way I see it .... if u can do it -ok, if not let me know & I'll just take it somewhere else to get it done.... don't play the role Dave!!!!but 3- weeks later we bought a new truck from spruceland, thx to Kelly , sales manager.... see Dave ... I think u better take lessons on customer service.....sales department-1.....service department-0.....
