Recall and Service Had a few recalls and service on my RX 350 to get done. When I arrived I was informed that one of the parts for one of the recalls wasn't available. Had a few recalls and service on my RX 350 to get done. When I arrived I was informed that one of the parts for one of the recalls wasn't available. I live 3hrs away so not to happy BUT the Service Manager was able to resolve the problem within minutes and all work was completed.
