I have purchased or leased a Lexus continuosly from this dealership since 1998. I have been consistently impressed with essentially everyone I have encountered with their professionalism, compassion, and a dealership since 1998. I have been consistently impressed with essentially everyone I have encountered with their professionalism, compassion, and a culture which makes the customer feel that they are the most important person. Amongst all the Lexus staff that I have encountered, two stand out. One is Jillian Cook who was the point person for my recent purchase of an NX. She stood out as the consumate "listener", who understood my current unique circumstances and worked tirelessly with Stephanie Shearsby to make the deal a reality. The second individual is Romeo Nissan. Once again, as with Jillian, his main strength is that he listens and makes the customer feel "special" and valued. These qualities are of immense value in service delivery (I compare my treatment at Lexus with the local Mercedes-Benz dealership). I would strongly recommend the Lexus dealership to anyone interested in a new vehicle purchase. More

The lounge and display area is bright and cheery, service reps are knowledgeable which makes the discussion on repairs understandable. I had a large screw in my tire causing a leak very close to the tire edge. It was questionable whether it could be fixed directly.
