Martin Menzies was my salesperson and he was amazing!!! He was detailed, knowledgeable, patient, gave me great advice! He was like a friend during the entire buying process. I can't say enough great things aboutt Martin. Actually I can say one last thing... buy your car from him and the rest of the team at Erinwood. Great experience of buying my vehicle because of Addy. Let me start by saying the only reason i rated this dealership high and wrote a good review is because of amazing sales person i got - Addy. Other than that i was really disgusted with one of the Managers attitude Victor. I bought a 30K+ vehicle and needed a good deal on it, when Victor stepped outside with disrespectful comment "Hi, this is as good as it gets, either you buy it or get out of here". It was my first visit to that dealership and if i didn't have my eyes fixed on the car they had in the lot, i would of left right away. Just beyond disgusting, that man needs to get fired before he scares away all the customers. Addy- Great kind salesman, goes above and beyond for his customers and will get you a good deal. He actually cares about you and your purchase and puts a lot of time into it. I would not deal with any other salesman :) was happy with my 2017 mustang purchase. More

In 2013 I searched everywhere for the best deal on a 2013 Ford Mustang and I finally found it at Erinwood Ford, thanks to their sales person Victor Chacon, who was very knowledgeable on the car and professional as well. He treated me with respect, patience and kindness, traits you don't usually see in Auto sales people these days, who just want to make quick sale and never get in touch with you again, after your purchase. My Story- After undergoing a severe health risk- battle with cancer in 2011, my wife encouraged me to start looking for my dream car, a 2013 Ford Mustang. I searched everywhere, at dealers all over the GTA, even neighbours that actually worked at Ford dealerships and were aware of personal circumstance-eventually I finally found Erinwood Ford and got the best deal with Victor Charcon, one of their Top Sales advisors. 3 Years later, I still love my Mustang, and it has won awards at local Ford Mustang shows, but now I'm in the market for a 2016, and guess where I'm going and who I'm seeing - thats right Victor Chacon at Erinwood Ford. As for the service department, I don't think I have ever seen a more professional and efficient department. They have always got me in on time addressed any concerns I had and resolved them quickly, and had me on my way. Thanks to Shawn Moon and his team. A Ford sales person Bob Sydoruk, who helped me, has not behaved like a stereotypical sales-person but like a honest ethical human being and made me realize that these qualities do not have to be diminished even if person works in the car sales industry. I have listened to Bob, learned a quite a bit, bought the car, and since then followed Bob from Ford to Ford and bought or leased my Ford vehicles. Once Bob had retirement in mind he introduced me at "Sheridan Ford" to Victor Nascimento, an equally unique human being with same power to make you believe in human spirit again. Victor was my sales person at Erinwood Ford. It was pleasure to get a second Ford (Fiesta) for my family and it was pleasure to deal with Erinwood Ford Team. I will buy my Fords from Victor Nascimento wherever he is. I hope with Erinwood Ford.
