Finally! Absolutely Amazing! After dealing with 5 other Ford dealerships, I finally found a Golden one, the Erinwood Ford. Most of all, I also found a salesman for life...Addy Set After dealing with 5 other Ford dealerships, I finally found a Golden one, the Erinwood Ford. Most of all, I also found a salesman for life...Addy Seth. I was a very demanding customer and Addy displayed not only professional competence, but also the patience and understanding of a saint. He is by far the hardest working man I have met and the dealership is lucky to have him. There is a reason why Addy is praised by his customers and why Erinwood Ford receives the highest customer satisfaction ratings. Look no further. I reside in Ottawa, but we drove 4 hours to Mississauga to get the best deal on a Ford F-150. I was so very disappointed with my local dealerships In Ottawa area. We made a trip out of it and took our little one to Ripley's aquarium in TO, but not before my 3 year old received a special gift from Addy. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone At Erinwood Ford. Chris did an awesome job with appraisal of our vehicle and Robyn from finance was totally on the ball and looking out for our best financial interests. What a difference from other dealers. It was refreshing to see the sagacity of Erinwood's approach to customer Satisfaction. We were treated like family. Addy Seth and everyone at Erinwood Ford (under the leadership of George Hill, Brad and others) are a credit onto themselves and collectively bring credit to The Ford's brand. BTW this is our first Ford vehicle and I dare say it won't be our last. My wife loves her F150 sport and I wish I bought my own last year vs my Dodge Ram Ecodiesel. Having both at home the Ford is a clear winner and better value for the money. More

All were professional and personable. They cut through the "BS" and found ways to say "yes" to my very specific model and option choices I was seeking. Robin cross sold me the FMPP maintenance plan and I know I will have worry free driving and service for a few years and am super excited about the value and peace of mind. So far, I am madly in love with my F150'eco boost and I would strongly recommend Dave, George and Robin to anyone wanting to purchase any vehicle! Truth be told, I had sold my Ford vehicles because of horrible service in the past and these three have brought me back to Ford and I'm thrilled! In 2013 I searched everywhere for the best deal on a 2013 Ford Mustang and I finally found it at Erinwood Ford, thanks to their sales person Victor Chacon, who was very knowledgeable on the car and professional as well. He treated me with respect, patience and kindness, traits you don't usually see in Auto sales people these days, who just want to make quick sale and never get in touch with you again, after your purchase. My Story- After undergoing a severe health risk- battle with cancer in 2011, my wife encouraged me to start looking for my dream car, a 2013 Ford Mustang. I searched everywhere, at dealers all over the GTA, even neighbours that actually worked at Ford dealerships and were aware of personal circumstance-eventually I finally found Erinwood Ford and got the best deal with Victor Charcon, one of their Top Sales advisors. 3 Years later, I still love my Mustang, and it has won awards at local Ford Mustang shows, but now I'm in the market for a 2016, and guess where I'm going and who I'm seeing - thats right Victor Chacon at Erinwood Ford. As for the service department, I don't think I have ever seen a more professional and efficient department. They have always got me in on time addressed any concerns I had and resolved them quickly, and had me on my way. Thanks to Shawn Moon and his team.
