5 Star Service (and we are not easy people to deal with!) We left a Ford Dealership closer to our residence as we were not happy with their service with our previous vehicle. Right from the beginning Doug Keen & George Hill were committed to providing us a superior experience. They bent over backwards to make our purchase flawless. Great Job! More

What Ford Canada refused to do, Erinwood Ford came through!! I was an owner of a 2015 Ford Focus..that was having a lot of.problems. My last service on the Focus was handled by Etta. I have to commend Etta on he I was an owner of a 2015 Ford Focus..that was having a lot of.problems. My last service on the Focus was handled by Etta. I have to commend Etta on her amazing service! She was thorough, professional, and extremely nice and helpful! She had me out of service in like 5-10m! Immediately i had a man from Enterprise drive me and put me in a rental car! Unfortunately, the service ended up going for like 9 days. As they were doing work, leaks seemed to keep creeping up. Etta made sure to keep my rental going until they could confirm the Focus was OK to drive. When it was finally released, i was pleased with all the help i got from Etta and Erinwood Ford Service, but i was at my end. The Focus had been in service so many times (I'd say at LEAST 12+ in less than 2 years) that the guys at Enterprise knew me by first name! I called and spoke with Ford Canada Customer Service Regional Manager; and was basically told sorry; but we can't help you with your Focus at all..maybe do a trade in (by Oct 2/17, so hurry) and you can get $1K--Ford Canada won't do anything else. It blew my mind that Ford Canada could really give a xxxx about my experience..or business! Thats when Martin Menzies stepped in. He'd been hearing from me about all the issues I'd had with the Focus and with Ford Canada blowing me off; and his ability to fight for his customers and go that extra mile kicked into overdrive! We spoke; and he told me to hang on. He got off the phone with me, and went into the office of Erinwood Ford management (involving Brad and George). He pushed that Erinwood Ford couldn't let a customer like me fall by the wayside. Even with the issues i had, i was still remaining loyal to Ford, and that Erinwood Ford HAD to do something to help me out! Martin pushed Erinwood Ford to work out an AMAZING deal to take me out of the mechanically inept (and transmission challenged) Ford Focus, and into a 2018 Ford Fusion S! It took a lot of arguing, massaging and negotiations; but Martin was able to make it happen! I thanked Martin profusely; but he told me that he wasn't alone. He got a LOT of help from Adam in finance. Adam worked hard behind the scenes, making sure that the deal worked for me. He even made sure that what was owed to me through my service plan on the Focus was transferred as a credit onto my Fusion S! I'm now driving my Fusion, and it drives like a smooth dream! In spite of Ford Canada and their customer service regional manager essentially giving my the apologetic middle finger; Erinwood Ford and their staff went above and beyond to help get something done. I have to give many thanks to Etta in Service, Brad and George repping management..and huge thanks to Adam in Finance, who helped work this deal through to the best of his ability with helping me always in his sights. My greatest thanks goes out to Martin Menzies. Without him pushing for me, when it seemed like no one else in Ford gave a xxxx, i dont know where I'd be right now..not driving a Fusion, that's for sure! Martin worked his tail off for me! He is the epitome of customer service with a smile..pushing substance up a few notches! He pushed and pushed, and pushed more, working over everybody to make sure i got the best deal he could possibly get me! He is the largest reason why i haven't bolted to another car manufacturer. He is an amazing asset that Erinwood Ford must strive to maintain. His service is high quality; and he maintains it well. He os also the reason I'll be coming back when my wife needs a new car! More

No pressure approach sold us! My wife and I visited Erinwood Ford to check out the "You Pay what we pay promotion". We were looking for a 2017 Escape. We currently still have a 20 My wife and I visited Erinwood Ford to check out the "You Pay what we pay promotion". We were looking for a 2017 Escape. We currently still have a 2007 Escape. It is a great product. The first time we went we met George Hill, I think he is a sales manager for the dealership. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did not pressure us at all. When we asked to see less expensive Escapes with lesser trim packages, not as many options, he did not make us feel uncomfortable or cheap. He did recommend that we get the Navigation system. I'm glad he did because my wife now loves it. We left Erinwood to think about it. There was no pressure at all. About a week later George emailed us and asked if we were still looking for a car? He said that he found one on the new car lot that might be what we were looking for. He recommended that we speak with Addy Seth. Addy was excellent. Once again no pressure. They gave us a great price. Addy took time to totally set us up. I know it is his job but he activated everything. He showed my wife and I how to operate all of the electronics. He sat with us in the car for over an hour. He was good hearted and answered ALL of our questions, over an hour. Believe me you can tell if a person is nice if you sit with them that long in a car asking silly 57 year old questions. He was knowledgeable and sincere. I highly recommend you look Addy or George up. They reflect confidence in the product they sell because they don't xx or fast talk. Their no pressure approach made my wife and I very comfortable. More

Amazing Sales and Dealer experience To say I am thrilled that a friend and associate of mine sent me to Erinwood Ford for my recent lease of a 2017 F150 would be a massive understatement To say I am thrilled that a friend and associate of mine sent me to Erinwood Ford for my recent lease of a 2017 F150 would be a massive understatement. My expereince with Martin and the related individuals navigating my lease from beginning to driving away was the definition of proffesional. I would (and already have) reccomended this dealer to numerous friends, family and associates- it was easy to see why Erinwood is rated #1. I am ecstatic with the vehicle and consider myself knowledgable and proficient with the numerous features it offers thanks to Martin and everyone at Erinwood. On a final note as someone who has been in the car business for 20-plus years it was extrmely refreshing to deal with Martin who gives an immediate "master of his craft" impression and constantly maintained a very laid back, informative, and not pushy whatsoever approach, ultimately perfectly delivering the exact vehicle I was hoping for while staying within my budget. 2017 Escape Purchase Martin is a great salesperson who upon meeting him immediately put me at ease. I had done a lot of research on the vehicle and options I wanted, howev Martin is a great salesperson who upon meeting him immediately put me at ease. I had done a lot of research on the vehicle and options I wanted, however, and without being forceful he suggested a few items that I might like to consider which made sense and I added a couple of his suggestions to the vehicle. I had a very good idea where I wanted to be on price and after we'd configured the vehicle I was delighted to find that the deal being offered was very much below the price I was originally willing to pay. Bonus! Martin has made himself freely available after the sale whenever I had questions and I have no reservation in recommending him and Erinwood Ford. If you're in the market for a new vehicle - go to Martin, you won't regret it. I should also mention sales manager George Hill, it was a delight working with him and as an added bonus, because it was my birthday when I bought the vehicle he actually gave me birthday present - thank you George. All in all and great experience. More

Worth the Drive to Mississauga's Erinwood Service.. Our weekly chores took us to Mississauga for a routine "The Works" on our 2008 Escape with 54,000 kms on it. Purchased and serviced by only Erinwood, Our weekly chores took us to Mississauga for a routine "The Works" on our 2008 Escape with 54,000 kms on it. Purchased and serviced by only Erinwood, Chris provided, as usual, outstanding customer service. We are from Toronto and the trip to Mississauga is only worth it for Erinwood and the great service from Chris. Having dealt with Erinwood Ford since 1979, I would no longer search for any other dealership EVER! After our simple oil change, we drove down the street and noticed that our tire was making a noise. We turned around and took it back to Chris who soon discovered that we ran over something on our short 1 block trip. He quickly fixed and patched the tire and did not charge us anything for it. Simply the Best and Quick service provided by Chris! Thank you Chris. More
