He's friendly, warm, and really listens to what you're for, and he has a huge amount of knowledge to boot. In my relatively short amount of time dealing with Nick, Carol and Robyn I couldn't have asked for better service, they're patient and just as friendly as Dave was. I don't know if I want my next car to be a Ford or not; but if I get to deal with Dave, Nick, Carol, or Robyn again I'll buy whatever it is they're selling. More

Addy Seth is a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman that listened to all of our requirements for our new car purchase and requirements for our trade in and made it all happen quickly and with ease alongside the General Manager George Hill. Coming in from out of town it was most helpful that it all went smoothly and without any hiccups and Addy made sure that it did!! We will definately be coming back to Erinwood for all of our sales and service needs:) More

Everyone we met was courteous and very knowledgeable, especially Lem Weekes and Victor Nascimento. They really made us feel like family and were very patient in answering our questions. They let us explore the vehicles at our own pace and were accommodating when we asked about different features. In the end, we left as very satisfied customers and I’m so happy that my daughter was part of our purchase of our new energy efficient car and that she had a chance to participate in such a positive car buying experience. Deflated Experience purchase of 2018 F150 Lariat. I’ve been purchasing vehicles at Erinwood Ford since 1997, my experience’s here with the Business office (Carol Buckwald), & the service department, I’ve been purchasing vehicles at Erinwood Ford since 1997, my experience’s here with the Business office (Carol Buckwald), & the service department, specifically (Joe Ingel), have been FANTASTIC, smooth great experience, treated like family, that will never change. My last truck purchased here was September 2015, Ford F-150 Lariat, I dealt with a fantastic gentleman Mr. John Primo, who for the better part of 15 years, took excellent care of my purchasing needs. Recently, May 30 th /18, I bought another 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat, but felt very deflated after picking up the vehicle. My salesman Mr. Townsend was very difficult to reach, I’d leave messages, would be days before he’d return my calls. I think, in this business, following up is Critical! My truck was factory ordered, I made a change many weeks before the build, and Mr. Townsend said there would be no problem, the rims I asked for were NOT Chrome, but 20” Machined aluminum, with Grey -Painted Pockets, I’m not sure where he got confused, or he failed to add it to the build in time. There were some other issues, I will not elaborate, but going forward I regret that I will not purchase another car or truck from this salesman. I was reluctant to leave a comment, but to be a better dealership, you have to take the good with the bad, hopefully learn from the negative, to make the future experiences in future better. More
