Over 7 years ago, I walked in looking for a vehicle or vehicles to meet the needs of my small but growing construction company. I knew what I wanted, or at least I thought I did. Doug took the time to get to know me and bit more about my business, and found the perfect fit for me. His easy going attitude and no pressure sales style made me feel confident that he actually cared about getting me the correct product for my needs. Since that day I have purchased 9 vehicles through Doug, and referred a few friends who have had their own great experiences being clients of his. I met Adam Pellegrin this year for the first time, and he was courteous and efficient at getting me through all the paperwork, as well as answering all of my questions and providing explanations along the way. Thanks Adam! I would also like to mention the woman who greets me at the central sales desk every time I visit. She is always very cheery, and has a nice smile that makes me feel welcome when I walk into Erinwood. What I a about to write is written by the collective behaviour of the entire staff at Erinwood Ford namely Victor Nascimento, Brad Cruickshank, Rajvir Sumra, Adam Pellegrin, Service Manager Frank Dainty and Dealer Principle Dave Raymond. Their truth and transparency really speaks volumes and you can feel this warm and positive vibration this the moment you want in the door. I consider these people to be my friends. They make car buying simple and easy and fun ~ the way it should be ~ in an easy environment where there is no pressure; only a welcome mat and a focus on finding the right vehicle for you. I am a 35 year businessman who works strictly by referral. My code is that my actions have to say to people that I am referable. I can say then with an extremely high level of scrutiny that these people, and Erinwood Ford, are highly and fully referable. More

Friendly, Efficient Service After our almost 14 years, our Tribute's engine died and we looked to buy a previously owned vehicle. Searching for a Ford Flex, we found a great one After our almost 14 years, our Tribute's engine died and we looked to buy a previously owned vehicle. Searching for a Ford Flex, we found a great one with under 100 km at Erinwood Ford. The customer service was friendly and fantastic. We had a no pressure test drive (all our previous test drives were with a dealer in the car, except at Erinwood Ford). Once we decided on the purchase everything moved very quickly with the Finance department and getting the car ready for pickup. I can't emphasize enough how genuinely friendly and personable all the staff we encountered are. I realize they're trying to make a sale, but I was impressed by the everyone I met there, even those not connected to our purchase. There were however, a couple of small issues: 1) The Flex previously belonged to a smoker and I feel more could have been done to get rid of the smoke odour. It was really evident on the test drive that heavily perfumed, oily sprays were used to try and mask it. But that didn't work, it just left our hands greasy and shoes squeaky. Perhaps an ozone treatment would have helped more. 2) We were told the car would be completely detailed upon pick-up, but it wasn't. Trays in outer section of the console were dirty with trapped hair and residue. The dash had splashes of something all over it. The Ford logo in the steering wheel had food and debris stuck in it. There were bits of tobacco around the ignition switch. The third row seat backs were covered in debris when folded down (having not been vacuumed) and there was a large dead moth in the backseat cup holder. So, the either detailing had not been done or was done very haphazardly. These are relatively minor things and don't detract from the great personal seller service or the genuine friendliness of the staff, but did dampen our experience as we've had to do a deep clean of the vehicle ourselves. More
