Ali took the time to understand our vehicle requirements and price point. Ali used his years of experience to answer all our questions, and to describe the pros and cons of some of the vehicle choices we were considering. Once we settled on a vehicle, we were given the time to have a thorough look at the car, and test drive to ensure we were comfortable with the vehicle we were about to purchase. Adam was quite helpful in reviewing the warranty choices and completing the necessary paperwork to complete the sale. The car was ready ahead of schedule, with all requests completed. We were alittle unsure, but when we saw the OMVIC approval is the window and that they were part of the Erinwood Ford family -- we felt better knowing they were connected with a dealership. Kyle Pond was our sales rep and fantastic from the minute he said "Hey guys!!" We were not sure of the car we wanted to purchase and he let us test drive four vehicles without pressure to buy. It was the best experience and not pressured at all. We worked out an amazing finance deal with Adam, and between the two of them -- we were 100% satisfied. Kyle is a great sales guy and made us feel comfortable on making a car purchase decision. Adam was great as well and went the extra mile to ensure that we were able to get financing. Our situation with credit was a little low, but Adam confidently got us approved and we were pleased with the rates. AutoMallClearance is a great dealership and the staff at A++.
