We had heard great things about buying a car at Erinwood and our recent second purchase corroborated that fact. Their customer experience is refreshing and different. It's true: they don't charge administration fees, they have great prices, they WILL buy your car if you don't buy theirs; they do make car buying, fun, easy, non-intimidating and we felt that they were doing their best to walk their talk of "Feel The Love". We felt respected and appreciated. They were completely transparent especially when it came to disclosing pricing options which allowed us to make a calm decision. Dave Grittani, John Brimo George Hill were very patient with us and they went to great lengths to find us the right vehicles for our needs [2015 Focus & Edge Sport] with the best options. Adam and Bory in F&I were also completely non-threatening. In retrospect, we never felt any pressure at any time from any team member. After two purchases we are now loyal Erinwood Ford customers. 2015 Ford Edge SEL - 50 Year GM Family turns to Blue Oval My wife and I were looking for a family vehicle and we were in the market. We looked around for something that could accommodate our current and future needs. After researching for a week or two we made our top 2/3 vehicles and started our search. I was aware of exactly what options were available on the vehicle, incentive pricing (Employee Pricing) and financing rates. Armed with some expectation setting by Ford.ca; I went to my local dealership YORKDALE FORD, spoke with Andrei (he was very nice); but the sales manager Max Rebboh was making up some magical pricing that really turned me off from their dealership. I then went to Pine Valley Ford (Woodbridge) and they paged for a new sales associate and after waiting for 15 minutes, just left. I read online about Erinwood Ford and decided to make the drive over to the 905. I was hesitantt that the dealership was giving me the best pricing and used unhaggle.com. Waste of $99 plus tax. Dont use it. Did not match what Erinwood did for us. I used their online system to ask for more details on the vehicle, and was connected to Martin M. - he answered promptly and listened to my needs. I drove down to the dealership on Saturday and to my surprise, everything matched as they did to get me there. no bait and switch. No admin fees, just price of the car plus licencing with MTO & lien registration fee. The finance folks at the dealership were strange. The lady that dealt with us Saturday Robyn B. was friendly, but when you get in her office, she was a heavy smoker and I am sensitive to the smell, so that was kind of gross. She also told us that she didnt get much sleep because she was by a bonfire and partying the night before. I was hoping to just get in and out. When picking up the car, Martin was great again and had some Ford t-shirts ready for us and made sure our vehicle was clean at pick up. The paperwork for ford credit was not jiving and i had to catch it. ALWAYS READ THE PAPERWORK YOU ARE SIGNING. Summary This is the first Ford in our family, I hope to enjoy many years of this vehicle. Martin was great; easy to contact; courteous; listened to me needs. Do betters - finance department needs to understand they are representing Ford credit. Get your documents right upfront prior to presenting to customer. wasted my time and the deal finished making me wonder what else was wrong. OVERALL Martin gave great customer service - 5* Quality of work - 4* Was turned off that the paper work was not completed properly Friendliness - 4* Adam (i think that was his name, he seemed new) he was kind of rude when i was pointing out the financial documents i was signing were not matching the bill of sale and it seemed like i was inconveniencing him to get the documents to match (Its my money, want to make sure its correct upfront) Price - 4* It matched what Ford.ca was showing; i wish they would have thrown in the floor mats for free or wheel locks. More

He was amazing and at no point did I feel like i was being pressured into a sale or into a car that wasn't fit for myself and my family. He gave his honest opinion and was overall amazing!
