Living in the north, I didn't have a chance to visit and test drive the truck. Called the dealership to inquire about deals and pricing and from day 1, John was excellent. He offered me a great price, within the budget I was looking for with more vehicle options than I was offered at other dealerships. Even though I hadn't visited with John personally, he still made sure I was a customer and kept in communication with me through email/phone conversations. Very happy with the service I received from a long distance purchase. Upon returning home, had a minor problem, contacted John and they took care of the issue, no questions asked. Could have easily told me too bad. Great customer service, nice to see. I will definitely recommend Erinwood to other people. More

I've been to 15+ dealerships before, and the customer service here is easily the best. I didn't have to wait for someone to at least welcome me, and talk to me about my needs. Waiting for a rep took a few minutes but nothing that wasn't acceptable. I personally dealt with Vivian; and she was fantastic. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat. I've had issues in the past test driving cars, due to my taste (fast manual hatches) but here there was no issue. They even let me take it out by myself. All in all, the best dealership I've dealt with. Oh yeah, and I got one xxxx of a deal. More

It is always a worry at a dealership that the sales team will be pushy and constantly call and hassle you after you call or visit. However my sales experience with Vivian was a pleasure! She answered all my questions and offered advice when i asked as well as followed up with any info I required in a timely manner. She allowed me time and space to make my decision without pestering me but at the same time always being available for anything i needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Erinwood to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle as my experience was top class. More
