I was looking for a used car and had a tight budget. found few cars online but I am the type of guy who has to see what I am buying first to feel it. I walked into this dealer with a friend and were introduced to Ali. From the first moment it was clear he knew what he was doing. He asked us what's our limits and immediately got to business. When we were confident that we can find the car within our budget Ali relaxed and went into more details about the required car and what are our options. We ended up getting a car better than what we were looking for with a little over the budget and an excellent service and friendly attitude. We also took the 3 years warranty. The last minute cherry on the cake; as we were going; Ali said "wait!" and got some polish and started working on the headlights and made it look as good as new. Ali, you changed my perception of the used-cars-salesman. Thumbs Up !! More

Pleasant and efficient Ford truck purchase Purchased a new 2015 Ford f150 xlt from remaining stock in mid February 2016. I had called in the dealership to determine if the advertised truck was Purchased a new 2015 Ford f150 xlt from remaining stock in mid February 2016. I had called in the dealership to determine if the advertised truck was still in stock and was put on to John Nguyen. Met with John within an hour of the phone call and had the vehicle washed and fueled for a test drive. The sales transaction was completed within an hour with no overselling, but rather with a few additional options I had requested i.e. sprayed in bed liner (same price if I had arranged independently after purchase). As promised, John had the truck ready for pick up five days later. Before leaving the dealership with my new vehicle, John spent over a half hour explaining and demonstrating most of the vehicle interior functions i.e. navigation, voice commands with sync system, etc.,. I live in north Richmond Hill and the 60km drive was well worth the cost savings and no haggle professional service. I will likely drive the distance to Erinwood Ford to service my vehicle. More

Chevon Jackson - The Car Salesman You've Been Looking For Three years ago, my wife and I were introduced to Chevon while looking at new vehicles. We had looked at many other brands and dealerships. We were Three years ago, my wife and I were introduced to Chevon while looking at new vehicles. We had looked at many other brands and dealerships. We were delighted with Chevon's approach. This is a gentleman who wants to hear how he can help you and get you into the vehicle you want, not the one he wants to sell you. Big difference. No pressure on upswell, etc. He got us a great deal with his no nonsense approach. We recently returned those vehicles. One was replaced by another manufacturer, as Ford didn't have a viable offering. Chevon made the process of returning the vehicle a smooth affair, even though the business was going elsewhere. We were dreading it, given other experiences elsewhere in the past, but Chevon re-set our expectations on this process. We have also leased a new vehicle from him. He found exactly what we wanted and again, the service by he and the finance team was excellent. In summary, our experiences with Chevon have taken what can be a stressful experience and turned it into the exciting time it should be! Thanks Chevon! More

We initially started our search for a 2016 Edg Wow, what a wonderful experience buying a vehicle. These staff here REALLY understand Customer Service. We initially started our search for a 2016 Edge( our 3rd Edge), via e-mails with Lem Weekes, due to distance issue( we are in Barrie). Each, and every e-mail was answered in a very quickly, where we were able to book an appointment with him, to pursue a deal. Walking into the trailer(showroom under construction), you could immediately feel a "no pressure, friendly, team environment" Our meeting with Lem, was laid back, professional, friendly, and NO PRESSURE. We were able to complete a deal very quickly, which we were very satisfied with, and picked up our new Edge, a few days later.
