White oaks auto repair is unlike any repair shop. They treat you extremely fair and honest. They look to help in all possible ways and they always treat you with respect.
Tim and the team at white oaks auto all feel the same way, strong nature , honest and all around feel good humans. Which in any industry these days is hard to find let alone the car world. 2020 has been hard and to be met with the level of kindness and decency that I’ve received at this shop is just just a reminder that amazing people still work in business around me.
I’ve received help on multiple occasions now and always absolutely pristine work completed.

To be fair, the vehicles are fine... but when it comes to service with this dealership, you may want to lower your expectation. It is mission impossible to speak to anyone from service department over the phone. Whether you leave a voice message for service manager or coordinator, they don't call you back - they are quite consistent doing so. They dont' call you when ordered part arrives even if they said so. People from parts department are friendly. Also be warned of shuttle bus service, if you live near by, you might just consider walk.
This dealership is located in a very well convenient location, but unfortunately most staffs look not motivated and lack of energy to service customers.

I was lead to believe that my vehicle was going to be repaired under a recall after speaking to Acura Canada. I took it to Policaro Acura where they diagnosed it and sent me a email with the diagnosis. After speaking to Acura Canada it turns out they sent a completely different report to them. Mr Andy Khan it’s horrible advisor no manners not trustworthy do whatever he’s pleased don’t explain anything to customers . Extremely arrogant human being after 15 years of being a Acura owner I decided to sell my Acura 2017 and buy something else just because I cannot deal with these roads unprofessional arrogant people here anymore I would advise anybody else to look for some other place the service there vehicle just oil change takes three hours .

This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership

This was my first Acura purchase after owning a number of Honda products. The sales staff at Acura Pickering, particularly Syd and Jimmy, were exceptional to deal with and made the process easy. I experienced a minor issue after I took delivery of the car and I was amazed at the great customer service I received. Don, the Service Manager, and his team ensured that the issue was thoroughly investigated and even caught some additional issues which were addressed. The customer service offered by this dealership is like nothing I have ever experienced. It is worth the drive to Pickering to deal with professionals like this.
