What a wonderful place to deal with, from the reception, sales personnel and the service department. If you have not experienced this dealership please check it out, you will not be disappointed. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have never been disappointed. They are courteous, friendly and very professional. Check them out, you wont be disappointed!

Highly recommend the professionalism of this entire team. Mark Dorcas went above and beyond to expedite the repairs on my truck and ensure I had it back before the holidays. I even got it a day earlier than anticipated! Their care and concern for my vehicle was also extended to my well being. His team mates were quick to answer my questions when Mark was busy with another customer. They all knew what was happening and what stage my repairs were at any time I called. It really set my mind at ease. I can't thank Mark enough for his time, effort, energy and genuinely caring nature.

I went there for service of my RDX 2019. I have bought an extended warranty for the car, from Acura advantage Plus for the cost of 4,500$ +tx. Which i tough they should be familiar with. They had no clue what i was referring to. I had to explain what the extended warranty is to a service employee. I had a faulty radar (the SUV only has 60,000km and already needs a new radar! Go figure!) The work order should’ve been done within 2 days (they needed the piece delivered) and they had the car for over a week. They did not give me a loaner car (which is included in my extended warranty). Alek , the service guy, did not try and help me accordingly. All he kept telling me is we cant release your car until the bill is paid in full. Which is understandable, but he had already gotten the approval of payment from Acura Advantage Plus. They had confirmed the payment would be done and a check would be received within 30-45 days. He refused and asked for a payment right away. Which then he required my presence to go threw the paperwork. I showed up there around 3:30pm and for 1:30 hour he was not able to get anyone from the extended warranty department to answer the call for the payment. I just wanted to pay my portion and leave with my car, They tried to make me pay the insurance portion of the bill if i wanted my car back! Even tho they had a written approved payment from they’re sister company! I am not able to pay for 3,000$ worth of repairs, as i already have to pay 1,000$ for my portion of the bill. My portion includes: oil change, brake fluid change and the radar calibration. Which totals: 1,000$ plus the Acura Advantage Plus portion would be a total of 3,000$ to be paid. (Just to make this worst! Acura Advantage Plus had agreed to replace the radar and pay for the labour but refused to calibrate it?! I have to pay 500$ to calibrate the piece that is covered? Does that make any sense to anyone??? But again i agreed to pay the extra 500$ as i had no choice in the matter). I have never had this issue with Lexus dealership. I am very upset that i chose Acura over Lexus. I am now without a car for over a week and no help from anyone from the dealership. Please avoid Camco Acura Service department for your own sake! And make sure they dont keep your car hostage like they’re doing with me ! Extremely bad service save yourself a headache! Btw they still have my car !!! Day 9 today!!

We have been customers of Acura of Hamilton since 2005.we have always been very pleased with the treatment we received over the years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. We purchased a new 2022 RDX A-Spec in December 2021. When we arrived for our first service in October we did not recognize a soul. !! ?? It was like we had come to the wrong place. As a long time customer I would like to know what happened to the great staff we so valued. Please get back to us. We feel very disconnected.

Nick the Service Manager took an hour out of his busy day (I saw all the work orders on his desk) to answer all of my old lady questions about the MDX that I recently purchased from Acura of Oakville. Every employee I have now encountered there is as helpful; polite and knowledgeable as the last one that I spoke with:) I have no doubt they will Service my car going forward with care & professionalism.

Patrick apologized on behalf of Acura of Thornhill and offered an acceptable resolution. I rated him 5 out 5 stars, for his handling of my past complaint and for his respectful and effective customer service.

Had my new Acura RDX towed to Pickering Acura this morning after having electrical issues. Had excellent service and they had the car back to me by 2:15 with the electrical issues repaired. This was even a Saturday and I didn’t purchase my vehicle from them. Everything covered by warranty and great updates from Arash. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Erin Mills Acura 3025 Woodchester Drive Mississauga, ON L5L 3V3 They damaged my car and hide it, and after my appeal and protest, the management of your service department He started lying in front of all your employees. This is unforgivable I brought my car to your branch for service and your technicians damaged my car and tried to hide it and caused damage to the car and me. I am sending this email, if you agree to review and accept the damage, we will continue, otherwise, I will file a legal complaint and file my complaint wherever necessary. 1- I bought this car on July 23,2022 MDX Type S TOTAL $98,777.86 Cash 2- I install Dash Cam front & rear from COBRA company August 13,2022 $1,005.64 3- I received call from Acura to come for install TWO PAKAGE on September 19,2022 After installation everything was good no any problem on my care. 4- I received call from Acura to come for install one sensor for TWO PAKAGE I ask to change my oil too the say ok I told them I am going to surgery for my heart and I need to make sure my care is for long after my recovery ok 5- On June 06,2023 I take my car to ERIN MILLS ACURA to Mr.Shan Merinnage for service and install sensor they say everything ok and you can come and take your car nobody say anything to me my care is damage ….? 6- I had emergency for my heart ambulance take me to CCU AND I head surgery and after come home for recovery 7- I am not used ACURA UNTIL July 04,2023 because my wife has another car . 8- My wife ask me way you Dash camera is not talking I look at the Dash camera all wire is disconnected immediately I went ERIN MILLS ACURA service department Mr.Shan Merinnage and spalling everything but he say I don’t know anything and I cannot help you I asl I need to see service manager he call service manager he came and try to open my Dash Camera and he say our police any car coming to our branch we disconnect all record devices and we not connect again I ask Mr.Shan Merinnage you give me my car way you no9t say anything to my and he say I don’t know and I don’t have any answer I ask service manager to give me his business card he say I don’t have I tray to spike with Mr.Karan Sharme cells manager and he say please give us time to find and fix - service manager come bake and say one pine is damage and not working and he call COBRA COMPANY and send me to there to replace the Dash camera 4hr I was in ERIN MILLS ACURA and 3hr in Cobra company and I pay again from my packet but Cobra say maybe until six months part not coming if you want by again First time I took it for service June 06,2023 if ERIN MILLS ACURA has police to disconnect all record devises how my care same day until June 01,2023 my Dash camera work service manager is lying and the disconnect my Dash camera and When they tried to reconnect, they broke the pin and caused a burn And they hid the wires and didn't tell me anything.
