Terrible experience in this branch. Dealt with Jeremy, his approach was already rude and very disrespectful as soon as we got there. He told us that he would inform us when our car is ready but he disnt. We waited for almost 3 hrs for our car Because we were waiting for him to inform us. If I didnt call their service, I wouldnt know that the car is ready. Asked for a shuttle, was informed that I will get a text when its on its way and still didnt get any text. Waited for almost an hour for shuttle. Told the lady in the reception about it and she just aaid okay, no apologies given and just seem that she doesnt care. Mosthorrible experience I ever got. I wouldnt recommend this branch to anyone

I wanted to make an apt for 1pm or later to bring my work truck into shop for repair. The advisor told me that I could make an appointment however. THEY DO NOT DIAGONSE any vehicles after 11am. what is the purpose of having any appointments after 11am if they do not diagnose after 11am? Just wasting time peoples time. I ended up taking my truck to another dealership which does look at the car when you make an appointment.
I called to get my previous invoice, and was given a total run around. They wanted to me send over my DL plus the registry of the vehicle. Given that the truck was at wolf gmc dealership i didn't have access to the registration I made the suggestion to have them send the invoice directly to Wolf. Then it would dealership to dealership. I was left on hold for over 15 mins as i had to call back to confirm the email was sent. Nobody bothered to confirm that it was sent. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service.

Excellent service! Dependable and respectful service department. After having a very negative and frustrating experience at Schwab in Leduc it was recommended to us to take our truck to Adams. Best decision we made was to see Dean in Adams service department. Dean went beyond our expectations and was able to resolve all the issues we were having with the truck. He went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied and happy customers. Dean and his staff understand and respect the term “customer service” and they actually work to ensure customers satisfaction because they want the repeat business. I would highly recommend the service department at Adams because they stand behind their product and work.

The service is incredible.
I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

I suggest shopping around to find a dealer who provides professional Customer Service; Competition Chevrolet in Stony Plain is a failure in this department.
For the past 12 months I have had one of my vehicles serviced at Competition Chevrolet in Stony Plain; I will not be returning.
Here are a few of the reasons I will not be returning:
1) When performing tire maintenance, mismatched tires were installed on the rear-end.
2) Upon returning to their shop to discuss the issue, I requested that the rear-end fluid be changed; this was not done. Subsequently the vehicle was again returned and it was noted that the rear-end fluid was low, so it was topped up, but still not changed.
3) After changing engine oil, oil fill-cap not reinstalled; this resulted in oil throughout the engine compartment.
4) Rear seal replaced a number of times before diagnosing rear yoke issue. (I am sure they would have continued to change the seal if I had not called and asked a few questions!)
5) When changing engine oil, maintenance personnel tracked oil and grime into the vehicle.
6) They continually fail to correctly fill out window sticker date and mileage when next oil change due.
Although all of these issues have been resolved, it required numerous telephone calls (some to General Motors of Canada) and regularly returning the vehicle before they could get it right.

Very poor customer service. Will not go out of their way to help you. My truck died a 1/4mile from the dealership and they wouldn’t even give me a tug in. I had to call ama for a tow truck to move my truck 1/4 mile… I then was charged $142 for them to tell me something was wrong with my truck, but didn’t know what.
