Winter tires put on my Lexus as well 1600 Km service. Allan, Rhonda and Romeo are excellent ambassadors for Lexus of London. They see that all Lexus clients are well served. Always amazing service from Lexus of London. I wouldn’t take my IS350 anywhere else for service. My car is fairly tricked out and I don’t hesitate to hands my keys over to Service advisor Romeo. Staff is always courteous and helpful in the Lexus lounge as well. More

I appreciated the quick service as I expected that I would have to wait till after the week end. More

I picked up my new toy Last Sat was the finish to a quick and easy purchase for the 3rd Lexus. All have been the 350 Rx sport. I have seen and felt the vehicles transition i Last Sat was the finish to a quick and easy purchase for the 3rd Lexus. All have been the 350 Rx sport. I have seen and felt the vehicles transition in 4 years that has left me very pleased that I made this choice . This purchase was a stinger for the team to meet , however it was , done quickly and with great professionalism. I have known Sue for 4+ years and she has not changed much ,. Sue is a comfortable person to be around, and to talk to .She was always very accommodating to get the answers to my odd questions. Sue is a no stress and no pressure lady, we have all had that baddd purchase experience with the nightmare team. This wont happen with Sue and the rest of the crew. Thank you for a good experience . One last and very important item.The delivery ... We all know the excitement and the fun taking the keys. Nathan was a great guy that took me thru the vehicle and made me feel comfortable asking the same question . It was the best delivery experience I have had in my years of buying vehicles. Nathan has set the bar and I commend management for the choice of who does the delivery . He does the dealership proud. Don More

We recently purchased a 2016 Lexus RX (our 3rd - 2007, 2010 and now a 2016) - a great veh It is always a pleasure to shop for cars at Lexus of London. We recently purchased a 2016 Lexus RX (our 3rd - 2007, 2010 and now a 2016) - a great vehicle. The team was most accommodating and always makes us feel like special guests - including providing a courtesy NX for a week while completing the deal. Excellent friendly service from Allan Calvert. Kevin Gittens provided great service and helped us with syncing phones and learning the gadgets. Special thank you to sales manager Stephanie, and Lauren and Kylie for their help with the paperwork, and concierge Rhonda (along with Nathan). The experience was a team effort and we would go back to deal with Lexus of London in a heartbeat. More

Great service at a fair price I am driving my third 450h. Even though I do not drive enough km annually to jusrify the cost of a Lexus hybrid, I keep returning due to the positive I am driving my third 450h.
