Great friendly personalized service This is the second vehicle we bought with Mark and we referred two others to him. He made the entire process easy and very comfortable. He made sure that we got the best deal but also ensured that we were introduced to all the departments to ensure that we knew the other erinwood family members for service. Mark went above and beyond in making sure we were extremely satisfied with the deal and when a problem was identified our fault not theirs he worked diligently to help us rectify. He provided guidance and and support in learning the new features of the car and as in the past offered to assist us with any questions that may arise with the new vehicle. Robyn provided excellent advice and was extremely helpful in ensuring the business part of the deal gave us the best bang for the buck. The service guys made sure the little adding that we requested were completed quickly and professionally.
