We had left the Ford stable for our last purchase due to some issues with Ford Canada. We have never had concerns with Erinwood Ford. This will bring our new purchases to more than 10 through Erinwood over the last 25 years. I've dealt with Lem Weekes on most of these occasions. He remembers me when I walk in and we are able to catch up quickly. The website pricing makes shopping a breeze, I knew what I was looking for and how much it was before I drove on the lot. The showroom was buzzing with shoppers browsing and purchasing. Looking forward to keeping in touch more through the Ford Maintenance Protection Plan scheduled visits. More

Don't trust this dealer! Horrible service Just a heads up for anyone getting their car serviced here be very careful. If your car is under warranty they will do everything in their power to avoid fixing your car and taking care of the customer. My car had an issue with engine hesitation under full throttle and instead of choosing to diagnose the issue they chose to blame my ford performance exhaust! took the car to a trusty mechanic and he solved the issue within 10 minutes! the car had 2 foul spark plugs which i paid out of my pocket to fix! They couldn't even compensate me for the lack of service. What a joke of a dealership I pay $130 for an oil change and they can't even inspect the car competently! the seals on the transmission axles are both leaking and my mechanic was able to see this very quickly when removing the plastic cover from underneath I will be taking this issue to another ford dealer since this one is so shady and non-trustworthy. Long story short do not trust this dealership and get a second opinion especially when your car is under warranty. More

My entire service appointment at Erinwood was outstanding. My service advisor, Joe listened to my concerns and then took the time to explain the solution and provided an estimated time of return. My vehicle was ready as promised with an efficiency that only Erinwood seems to deliver. My husband and I purchased a truck from Matt and Brad in 2016 and we are looking to purchase our 2nd vehicle from Erinwood shortly.
