I have decided to bite the bullet and purchase a 2018 Ford Focus RS. A couple years ago I have purchased a 2016 Mustang GT convertible from Erinwood Ford, and still loving every bit of it. Fast forward 2.5 years later, I decided to reach out to David Grittani again and let me tell you he did not disappoint, my second experience with David was as good as the first one if not better. Thanks to all the management team involved that helped procure such an amazing deal for me and make one of my wishes come through. Carol, you are probably the most professional business manager I have ever met! Only fair that include Gillian on this review, I have been bringing my 2016 Ford Mustang GT in to Erinwood Ford for service for the last 2 and 1/2 years. Gillian has taken care of my Mustang's servicing needs diligently and professionally, she has built my trust and respect over the years. More

I've been too many dealerships over my years of shopping cars, but the treatment I received by Sami and his team was non like any before! Sami truly is a living embodiment of Customer service and customer satisfaction. He takes the time and effort to make sure that any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process were answered. Never made me feel anything less even if I felt like I was asking a stupid question, he always would say "there's no such thing as a stupid question". Since I've picked up my Fusion Energi a month ago i still have questions about the car since it has so much tech, he would still take the time to answer any questions I have. The team they have at Erinwood Ford truly lives by their motto "We make it fun to buy and easy to save!" and i cant say i got anything less then that! Thank you Sami & Team. A good friend of ours directed us in the path of Mr. Martin Menzies, whom he claims is the best. After speaking with Martin briefly over the phone before I had to run into work, I knew I was conducting business with a class act all the way. He assured me that he would find us the perfect truck at a reasonable price. When my wife and I finally got to meet Martin in person, we were amazed at how courteous and outgoing he was. He went over every detail with a fine tooth comb, when it came to explaining the ins and outs of the truck. It was also a pleasure dealing with Carol Buckwald who was very friendly and helped us understand everything in detail when it came to the financial aspects, I can honestly say there were no hidden fees or empty promises. Not only would I recommend Mr. Menzies to all my friends and family, I would hope that the general public has the privilege to deal with an extraordinary gentlemen and class act all the way, like him. I hope to do business with Martin again in the future and I believe he should be awarded the title Mr. Customer Service! More
