Sell the automobile, yet do not carry the parts! So here we are they sell Fiats, yet do not carry the parts and say you have to purchase them up front. Why should we pay for the parts up front, we are making the appointment always have our automobiles serviced with them. Not only this I will tell you to be aware as well as if your head light burns out they will charge you over $100.00 and tell you that you can not buy the parts anywhere else. Well this is totally incorrect and you can in fact find the bulb for a fraction of the price!!!!! Extremely simple to even change yourself!!!!!!!! Will now have our automobiles serviced elsewhere and will not purchase from this dealership at all. It is all about the Customer Service!!!!!! More

Brent was a pleasure to deal with and knew what he was doing. Parts had to be special ordered (tie-rod, right-front axle, rear shocks). When the parts arrived, the car was brought in and the work was finished in less than one day with very reasonable labour costs. I will be telling all my friends. More

Urgent repair handled quickly and efficiently During the recent cold snap of -25 Celsius on Saturday the check engine light and electronic throttle control warning light came on in my 2018 Ram 150 During the recent cold snap of -25 Celsius on Saturday the check engine light and electronic throttle control warning light came on in my 2018 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. Fortunately I was very close to the dealership and went directly there. Although the repair couldn't be done immediately I was provided with a loaner and the repair was completed by 10:30 Monday morning. My service advisor, Brent, is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Although it's never fun to have your vehicle require urgent service, it couldn't have been handled better. Thank-you Brent, Sean and the service staff at Capital Chrysler in Ottawa and Sean Russett. More

Never been happier! I have bought vehicles from various dealerships and have never been happier with a purchase. Ken M made the financing process as simple as I could hop I have bought vehicles from various dealerships and have never been happier with a purchase. Ken M made the financing process as simple as I could hope for. His organization of the deal made everything seamless and I drove off the lot in my new vehicle with NO regrets. After dealing with the warranty work for 3 years now for my dodge, I will recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy service department. Brent is always right there to assist with a smile on his face; its always nice to see employees that actually like their job. And I cannot say enough good things about Ryan in service. He always goes above and beyond to make the process easier! He's able to answer any question I throw at him and will ensure that I am happy before heading out the door. Definitely 5 stars! More

I recommend you stop in and see Josh and Mike in Sales and any one of Kyle's service folks. Neil is always good for a chat and a laugh if you need a shuttle when you drop off and pick up your car from service. I've never dealt with such an amazing team and dealership. Fantastic service! I 've been having ongoing problems with the start/stop system on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. They finally were able to fix it. Part of the problem was with I 've been having ongoing problems with the start/stop system on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. They finally were able to fix it. Part of the problem was with the battery. It was not covered by warranty but Brent and his team replaced this $500.00 battery at no charge! He told me he valued my business and that it was the least they could do since I've dealt with them for so long. Now that's what I call customer service! Keep it up! Luc Vaillancourt More

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory I took a vehicle in to have winter tires put on and sat for several hours after initially being told it would take an hour. Their tire balancing machine had broken and instead of simply admitting that it was broken they went full Seinfeld on me and kept telling me "just a little bit longer". Eventually they admitted that the machine had broken several hours earlier and they were waiting for it to be repaired. At this point they offered me a loaner because I was livid. Had they just been straight with me from the get go I would have left the car there and headed into work, no hard feelings. Equipment breaks. Nobody wants to be "that" customer which is why I stuck around so long when I should have just left at the first sign of trouble, and to be fair, personality-wise the service counter guys are great, but I'm there to get a car fixed not be entertained.. Their location is VERY convenient for me so I did give them a couple more chances and even talked a family member into buying a car from them (that went comically badly) but both service and sales really are a bit of a greasy car dealer cliche when it comes to honesty so no I wouldn't go back or recommend them to anyone else. Stereotypes aside, 90% of our interactions with car dealerships are positive and we've done much better elsewhere buying cars and getting them serviced. Disappointing but it is what it is. More

DANA DANA DANA! I have always visited this dealership, all the employees are marvellous! Dana Listman is a perfect example how the employees go beyond the norm and I have always visited this dealership, all the employees are marvellous! Dana Listman is a perfect example how the employees go beyond the norm and give a personal meaning full services. I had a sunroof screen that broke unexpectedly. I was distraught and had no idea how I was going to pay for it, having a fiat in the summer is turns into a sun room (super hot). Dana went beyond the norm and understood how expensive the replacement was, how I had young children, how Im completely poor right now and how I have been loyal and always on time with all my maintenance for the car. He went out of his way and spoke to the manager to see how they could help me out. They were able to discount it and made my year!!!. I am so beyond grateful, this review does not cut it. I spent two days driving around without the sun guard and it was an oven with the ac on full. I can not thank Capital dodge enough and Dana for going out of his way and understanding my situation. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! I want to add, that Ryan Rodney is fab too!! his smiles just makes my day and is a wonderful part of your team ! a joy to encounter! and Brent Smith has been so diligent! and awesome! he does not say much but he is the reason why I don't have that hesitation on my car that I have been complaining about for years. I bought my car in numerous times and nobody could find what was wrong because the problem never replecated on their watch. But Brent looked into it and 100% believed this was a serious problem, kept the car for a few days and GOT IT FIXED! I nearly got into a fatal accident because of the hesitation on intersections, it was a serious issue. So Capital Dogde!! these three men deserve a raise!!! Please pay them more and reward them for being such assets to your team! O’ and must not forget Neil!! Getting a ride with Neil is a joy and honour in itself!! Please know you are so lucky to have these men apart of your team!! and the reason I only visit you! More
