Sue uses her skills to apply that polish, to the purchase and delivery. If any small items are not perfect, they are, by the time the vehicle leaves the lot. I highly recommend Sue and her team. More

On Thursday, I took delivery of a pre-owned vehicle. I have been an on again off again customer of Lexus of London, not because of the dealership, but because of my penchant for changing vehicles. I now I have been an on again off again customer of Lexus of London, not because of the dealership, but because of my penchant for changing vehicles. I now have a year round convertible. I wish to thank the team…Jordan Fera, Allen Zhang, and Tiffany Zhang, The number of employees to whom I gave ratings below indicates the excellent treatment I continually receive from this dealership,and its sister dealership, Toyotatown. I gave stars to too many employees apparently as, your system told me to eliminate someone from my list! That person is Karen Campbell. I’m adding her here so she gets my thanks! More

I bought my 2002 Lexus GS430 in 2008. I still have it in large part because I learned very quickly that it was far better to have it serviced at Lexus of London. Time and again staff, from the concierge t large part because I learned very quickly that it was far better to have it serviced at Lexus of London. Time and again staff, from the concierge to the people who wield the wrenches, demonstrate a degree of professionalism and efficiency (not to mention friendliness) little seen in this day and age. Details would take too long to read and even longer to write. I'll summarize my major point this way: Like many people, I thought dealerships overcharged for service and parts. Lexus taught me that I don't save money by paying twice for a job that Lexus does right the first time. I still drive a 20 year old car because it performs in all ways better than the day I bought it. Why? Because after-market parts installed by the previous owner have been replaced with Lexus parts installed by skilled professionals at Lexus. More

Had a wiper motor go on the weekend, called Monday morning and Nicole in service and Andy in parts worked together to find a part that they could get delivered same day and get us an appointment in th morning and Nicole in service and Andy in parts worked together to find a part that they could get delivered same day and get us an appointment in the afternoon. We have bought two vehicles there so far and wouldn't hesitate to buy another for our next and we drive an hour each way for service so we. An continue to use them. They really take care of their customers!!! More
