Broc, the salesman, wasted no time getting the keys for the vehicle I wanted and setting up a test drive. He was also quick to get me a good price and set me up with the finance department. Financing was quick and easy. Broc also introduced me to the parts and service managers. No other dealer has ever done that.

I bought my 2nd duramax from these guys now. I got quotes from swift current and rosetown. Swift current was way high and rosetown was about the same but the were stringing me along. Shaunavon did my deal right both times and I'll be back again. Their shop gets me in right away too. Swift takes forever but they're probably mad because I don't buy there.

We purchased a 2019 XT4 Caddilac from Wheaton Saskatoon and it was a great experience.Peter Wall was the salesman and was great to deal with.They had to order it in from the factory and Peter updated us the entire time giving us updates as to when it would arrive.This is our second Cadillac we purchased from them and the service department were always there to deal with what ever issue that occurred.I would highly recommend dealing with Peter Wall answered all our questions for a smooth transition with from beginning to end.

I took my 2007 Vibe in for a Recall for passenger air bag. I was talked into further services. I got a call from service advisor. They couldn't turn off my car. Simple tap on brake or use remote is what it takes. Then when it was time to pick up my car it wouldn't start. So I didn't have car for 2 days. Then I got car and next morning it wouldn't start. They 3 times swore battery was checked. Finally after more time and problems I took it to CT. Problem? Bad battery. I will not be back to Mann and I dealt with them for a long time. Very disappointed.

Tried to purchase a used vehicle I was very interested in, I was not allowed to see it until 6 days after it was posted for sale (“it’s on the hoist, it’s in the body shop” etc) so basically it was advertised but not available for sale, which is frustrating but fairly normal for a dealer. Then the price went up during the 6 days, this one really got to me. Then I was told I was in competition for it even though I’d been trying to see it for 6 days so I’d better hurry. It’s now been 10 days since I originally tried to see it and it’s still available for sale. Lies, deception and shady practices sum up my experience. Too bad because the vehicle was really nice. Buyer beware of dishonest practices.

New vehicle mechanical problems - Rider Fan
We purchased a new 2018 Equinox in late March. On April 1st on the vehicles first road trip it failed and had to be towed home. Over several weeks as the Mainline shop staff dug into the problem with the vehicle ( it has roughly 250 kms on it) the problem began to turn into problems and it became evident to us this was not a vehicle we wanted any longer. Kevin and his staff at Mainline presented us with a proposal to take back the failed vehicle and get us a different new 2018 Equinox, which we have now taken delivery of. A huge thankyou to Kevin and his staff, they turned a very difficult situation for us into a happy ending. Very very pleased with the end result and thankyou to Kindersley Mainline !!!!

Could not recommend higher. Were trading in our used vehicle towards purchasing a newer used vehicle and everything was above board and transparent. No attempts were made to low ball our trade , and were very honest and open in what trade in value was and why. Any concernes or questions were answered very promptly and was a very pleasant experience. Am from Regina and made drive to Moose Jaw to purchase, and will do again without hesitation in the future.

they take way to long to do a simple compter upgrade,,,,,2 times I have been there for a simple fix that has taken them the whole day to do. plus they way overbook themselves,,maybe why a simple thing takes the entire day to do!!!!!
Frustrating customer service - truckdude
Very poor work from the service department/body shop. They never call when a part I ordered is in despite being told over the phone that they would call. I've had parts sit there for weeks without a word from any employee of the service department. The parts manager is the only competent employee as far as i'm concerned.
