They repaired my journey and charged me $460.00.a week later I had to have the exact same repair done somewhere else for a $120.00 and they did a good job. After champlain wanted nothing to do with me ,they just wanted to charge more money for extra repairs that were not needed so they gave me no choice to go somewhere honest.

Brought my van for check exhaust, a/c not working,told them i had a noise in back in the winter but now i dont hear it , so never mind about that, when. I picked up my van 271$ later, they said my front pipe leaking around 1000$ to replace,a/c rear Evaporator leaking 1500$ never hooked up a/c machine and checked,checked and said my exhaust is hitting trailer hitch (purchased van there and they installed it) when to a friend garaged and they put a/c tracer die in system now we are in Septembre (3 months later ) air conditioner is still working fine,
After this experience with Excellence Chrysler vaudreuil i will not go back or even buy a car from them again Very shady !!! Evan adams.

Jimmy from service made the entire experience so simple and pleasant. I will definitely be getting my van serviced at des sources dodge because of him. They fixed the air conditioner and wheel bearing free of charge due to the fact that my warranty had just expired. Jimmy called it a “goodwill” job. I was so surprised and grateful. Amazing communication and fast service! Thank you Jimmy and everyone at Dodge sources!

We went ready to sign but the price given was 10 000 more than the Jeep local invetory website for that exact VIN. The sales man was so bad that he did not enven print the offer. He write down a few information on a piece of paper. Very unprofessional. And of course he send email and then call when we said that we found better offer in another dealer.

Ils m'ont cédulé (et confirmé) un rendez-vous pour un essai routier d'un véhicule qui n'était même pas disponible. J'ai fait plus de 100km aller-retour de chez moi pour ce rendez-vous.
En plus, le directeur des ventes n'appuit même pas ses vendeurs, il n'a même pas osé me rappeler pour tenter de ratraper leur bévue.
Très mauvaise expérience avant-vente, Imaginez une fois qu'ils ont votre argent...

Today, I went to have a recurring electrical problem with my less than 2 years Fiat 500. In the last 23 months we had 3 brake/indicating lights dying on us, which clearly indicate an electrical problem. After consulting them a previous time in the past, they completely ignored the problem exposed to them and they just changed the lightbulb, with a 40$ added bill for time. 40$ for 5 minutes of work! And not helpful at all with the problem. Although, I went back to complain and try to reason with them, they did not offer any compensation or seemed worried about the actual problem. Never will go there again and will make sure to tell everyone I know!

Martin Boisvert le "Directeur Commercial" est sans doute la personne avec qui vous ne voulez pas faire affaire! Quasi-impossible à rejoindre au téléphone, ne répond pas aux courriels, arrive à midi, fini a 17h00. Excuse par dessus excuse sur le pourquoi qu'il ne fait pas son travail, se trompe de formulaire, etc.. Allez ailleurs!!!
