"Worst dealership ever. Don’t buy a car from them !"

Salesman told me that the equipment package group he marked on the sales orde was the exact same equipment that I had in the Town & Country I was trading in. When new van was delivered to me it did not have the same equipment package as the van I traded in. It had less equipment. Salesman told that thiere was nothing he could do. This is what comes with the van you bought. Read all the negative reviews about this dealership.

"JUST PATHETIC "

i'm a JEEP fan it's my third one bought it from them because they are around the corner from where i live so it's very convenient. Now again simple service and tires and they still mess up. i accept that i'll pay about $100.00 more at the dealer but can they at least do a good job? NO THEY CAN'T just pathetic. the only person that smiles there is the salesman when he gets your down payment.

"Well over a year waiting for service on their screw-up. "

I'm a client since 1994 and I"ve had 3 cars serviced there over those years. 1st I had been complaining for over a year that there was a knocking sound from my wheel. After having requested at 3 different service maintenance visits to have it verified and being told there is nothing wrong. I took it to another very reputable mechanic for a second opinion. He told me it was the ball joint and I had it replaced and my 2007 Jeep that I bought @ Longue Pointe is running beautifully. When I had my car serviced I was still waiting for service for the following point #2. I thank the Lord I didn't have an accident because of it. I refused to bring my car back until they took care of my driveway. 2nd the last time I had had my Jeep serviced there they claimed it was a defective oil filter that was put in that caused the following problem. I don't know at this point. I don't know how an oil filter could be defective. Maybe it just wasn't screwed on properly. It is not a complicated part! I picked up my car following the service took it home and parked it on my brand new 30 000$ pave-uni driveway. The next day there is a pool of spilt engine oil on my new driveway. This is spring early summer 2014. They sent a car washer with one bottle of white liquid, he spilt it on it, that is it and left. Well after no results from them. I called last Friday and was rudely spoken to by the head of the service departement. He was pissed off that I called him on Friday his workers had left and he went on and on. I answered him that if he was not open for business why was he answering the phone and why he wasn't letting the customer talk and tell him what the customer since 1994 needs. Finally I had the opportunity to tell him that I have been waiting for over a year and I want my driveway cleaned by the following Friday Tomorrow August 14th, 2015. And I want it cleaned by a pro in pave uni. My husband has put 6 other bottles at our cost and the stains are still there. Today the same head of the service departement e-mails me back telling me some employee is not back from holidays and they can't do it tomorrow. This is a joke! He wants to send me his car washer again and since last Friday he only knows today tha he is only back next week. I asked him to send a professional who works with pave uni. These people don't know the meaning of service. Since '94 the service has declined a lot. The front line people who attend to you at the service counter attend to you well but their hands are tied. They are not the mechanics or the head of the service departement who takes the decisions. And obviously he doesn't care to give service especially when they have screwed up. I'll translate the above to French and post the continuation of this situation. Thx

"Don't ever purchase from them"

I was sold a brand new Fiat Abarth, however instead of having the regular camber of -1.5, I soon discovered it had -3. This lead to my Pirelli tires being completely worn on the inside after just 1 summer. I returned to the dealer in the spring with the tires on the car to show them (in winter we must have winter tires by law), and they claimed the camber was in fact off, but because I was a few days over 1 year, the alignment was not under warranty, and that they never guarantee tires anyway. They told me to write FIAT and that they would reimburse me, which I did, and was refused for the same reason. What kind of a crappy dealer does not fight for a client (this is my second Fiat in 2 years from them) and brushes them off. I contested the verdict from FIAT Canada, they said they spoke with technicians at the dealer and that nothing was wrong with my car. When I had my alignment "fixed" the mechanic there told me it was off from the start, that I could not have damaged it to perfectly modify the camber in the way it was setup. Basically never buy a car from them, they overcharge for service and have no customer loyalty values. No wonder Fiat is ranked dead last in reliability from JD powers.

"Extremely bad experience!! "

More than 3 wks waiting for a piece and they continuously lied telling me the piece was on its way... Never arrived!! I was charged close to $500 for an uncertain diagnostic and had to towed my vehicle out to have it repaired somewhere else. No communication at all -no calls returned, no calls answered. At the very beginning I was told it'd take a week to get the piece. they ordered such piece only 16 days after the diagnosis...
