Amazing, promises were made and when they could not be met, communication was thorough and apologies were flying furiously, honestly it was a bit embarassing.
They cared for and respected my time, went way way out of their way to make me happy, even offered my deposit back plus!
I felt like the after sales service was superior to how I was treated before the sale.
Delivery date missed, no problem,, resolved through excellent communication and customer service through taking personal responsibility, and contrition.
I asked many questions and never felt like I was a burden or that I was being pushy.
Was to be delivered to my address and when i was told that was a difficulty, they did what they had to again to respect my extra time travelling.
A few problems but they did it all right, no one is perfect after all.

Bought a new truck. Pretty good sales man but he had to get a director involved. Gave us a fair price for our old truck pretty happy there...We ended up having to correct the final bill with out a problem. Also went for my daughters jeep for a repair on guarantee and he service was excellent

Pire concessionnaire que j ai visite. Je croyais que j etais a une cour a scrap. Le camion qu on m avait dit pret a delivrer etait un des plus sale que j ai jamais vu. L accueil etait pas tres accueillante malgre un rendez vous.. Tres desorganiser.. J ai conduit 2 heures pour me faire decevoir. Je ne recommande pas ce concessionnaire

I went there to buy a car and my sales person called the sales manager to see what he could make me a better deal. Once he saw I only spoke English he said to my face in french : Je n'ai pas le temps pour du niaisage. Qu'il decriss.
I only asked for a 500$ off 18000$. I just stood there baffled. The girl who was helping me didn't know what to do, what to say so I went to another dealer and bought something completely different. I don't recommend this place.

PIRE SERVICE À VIE! Jamais vu ça! C'est à croire qu'ils ne veulent pas vendre de véhicules! Martin Boisvert le "Directeur Commercial" est sans doute la personne avec qui vous ne voulez pas faire affaire! Quasi-impossible à rejoindre au téléphone, ne répond pas aux courriels, arrive à midi, fini a 17h00. Excuse par dessus excuse sur le pourquoi qu'il ne fait pas son travail, se trompe de formulaire, etc.. Allez ailleurs!!!

I usually I am satified with the job done at Grenier and have been going there for over 10 years. Bought all my cars from Grenier/s including my Camaro SS2. The 1 star reviews is hard but needed! April 23rd brought my jeep in to get the summers on, job done went home and parked the jeep in the driveway going out only near by at the most once a week. Yesterday May 26th was the first time I really took the vehicle out for a long drive due to Covid 19, on the autoroute I hear a slight banging , thought a nail or something other was on the tire but nothing.Leaving the store on the highway the banging is getting louder and louder got home and looked at the tires and the mechanic DID NOT THIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS!!! only 2 was left, how dangerous and irresopnble this is. I contacted Grenier last night and I am waiting for a call from the new service director. I expect them to replace all my lug nuts and wheel bearing because surely its damaged!

Salesman told me that the equipment package group he marked on the sales orde was the exact same equipment that I had in the Town & Country I was trading in. When new van
was delivered to me it did not have the same equipment package as the van I traded in. It had less equipment. Salesman told that thiere was nothing he could do. This is what comes with the van you bought. Read all the negative reviews about this dealership.

I contacted them about a Wrangler during the Employee Pricing event. I wanted a quote on my trade and was asked to send pictures and my VIN number. They sent me a quote that was a bit lighter than what I expected but the salesman Theo told me to come in if I wanted their best price both for the Wrangler and for my trade.
First thing that happened when I arrived exactly on time for my appointment, Theo was not ready for me. He could not remember the 15 emails or any details. He then tried to give me MSRP on the Wrangler while there was Employee Pricing + a dealer discount of 5% advertised on their site. To make matters worse, he then proceeded to try to give me $2500 less for my trade then the "come in if you want a better price" amount he had already quoted.
I am a successful salesperson for over 20 years and using these type of bait and switch sales tactics should not exist on 2020. They also flat out lied and were totally unapologetic, even though I have 15 emails going back and forth with them with all the details.
Avoid this dealership like the plague (Covid?)!!! I will be writing Chrysler Canada.

Ils m'ont cédulé (et confirmé) un rendez-vous pour un essai routier d'un véhicule qui n'était même pas disponible. J'ai fait plus de 100km aller-retour de chez moi pour ce rendez-vous.
En plus, le directeur des ventes n'appuit même pas ses vendeurs, il n'a même pas osé me rappeler pour tenter de ratraper leur bévue.
Très mauvaise expérience avant-vente, Imaginez une fois qu'ils ont votre argent...
Tant pis, j'ai acheté ailleur
