Bought a new truck. Pretty good sales man but he had to get a director involved. Gave us a fair price for our old truck pretty happy there...We ended up having to correct the final bill with out a problem. Also went for my daughters jeep for a repair on guarantee and he service was excellent

While my truck was under guarantee with only one month left I lost Prestone, went to dealership where they charged me for a diagnostic and oil change of $450.oo and said the truck was fine, no problems...now how can you lose Prestone with no problems I ask. After left than a few thousand kilometres losing Prestone again, went to my reputable mechanic who I have been doing business with for the past 20 years for a different problem and he said on Cold Start he could smell Preston and that there is a problem and advised me to go back to the Dealership. Well now the Dealership wants to charge me again for a diagnostic they had just done a few thousand kilometers ago, what can change - one under guarantee and the other not - I am sure they will find a problem now that I am not under guarantee. Friendly staff but useless mechanic department. Don't go there is you don't have to. I will not be thinking of purchasing any vehicle there again and I advise anyone to rethink also.

Pire concessionnaire que j ai visite. Je croyais que j etais a une cour a scrap. Le camion qu on m avait dit pret a delivrer etait un des plus sale que j ai jamais vu. L accueil etait pas tres accueillante malgre un rendez vous.. Tres desorganiser.. J ai conduit 2 heures pour me faire decevoir. Je ne recommande pas ce concessionnaire

Got a car from them - they promised to throw in snow tires, Ontario safety and small paint repairs. Nothing was written down (except for the snow tires - I had a text from the sales person on that). They charged me for safety, didn't repair the paint and wouldn't honor the snow tires commitment. Offered me $200 cash instead. Their excuse was the car I got was already a good deal. Wouldn't go back again. If you buy from them make sure everything is in writing AND in the contract otherwise you can kiss your deals goodbye.

Brought my Jeep Patriot in last spring to change the oil and tires because I had a couple of recalls to do as well. They found other issues and in the end I spent over $1,600. Imagine after spending that kind of money they didn't even put air in my tires. Then, this fall I brought my car to MY mechanic to change my tires and oil but the Longue Pointe mechanic, who couldn't even remember to put air in my tires, stripped a bolt and when we loosened it to change the tires it broke. I had to pay for the new bolt. This is a typical dealership that couldn't care less of the quality of their mechanics workmanship. Very disappointed and I won't go back unless it is really necessary. Poor service, like they even care...

Martin Boisvert le "Directeur Commercial" est sans doute la personne avec qui vous ne voulez pas faire affaire! Quasi-impossible à rejoindre au téléphone, ne répond pas aux courriels, arrive à midi, fini a 17h00. Excuse par dessus excuse sur le pourquoi qu'il ne fait pas son travail, se trompe de formulaire, etc.. Allez ailleurs!!!

Service was so bad and sketchy . The sales person(Stephan ) I was dealing with hang up on me and told me to go buy another car . I was trying to make a deal on the 750 li worth $54,000 which I promised to buy in full and pay all the tax . The sales person said he won’t sell to me . He won’t sell to my company as well . This is so wrong in many level . Am starting to thing there is tax fraud going on . That’s why he didn’t want to sell the vehicle to me . I even offered him to sell it to a dealer we bough our car from at full price but he said they wont even sell to other dealers . It’s the new law . Service was so poor and I felt so disrespected by the fact that he hang up on me after trying to work out other solutions with him

They take your contact infos and someone is suppose to call back.
Never got any call back.
Called again to be put on hold for over 20 minutes and someone take the line just to hang up on me again after waiting so long.

I went there to buy a car and my sales person called the sales manager to see what he could make me a better deal. Once he saw I only spoke English he said to my face in french : Je n'ai pas le temps pour du niaisage. Qu'il decriss.
I only asked for a 500$ off 18000$. I just stood there baffled. The girl who was helping me didn't know what to do, what to say so I went to another dealer and bought something completely different. I don't recommend this place.

Quand je suis arrivé la, la vendeuse m'a dit , durant le road test qu'il etait 12900$( elle ne savait pas que je l'avais vu sur le site😂) Je lui ai dit que c'était drôle que je l'avais vu annoncé 2000$ moins chère, je l'ai laisser patiner.. Apres être allée voir le Patron, elle ma dit que c'était une erreur mais que si jachetais dans la prochaine demi-heure qu'il me laissait le véhicule a 10900$... Haha Good luck with your business... Ahhhh et il avait évalué mon échange a 8000$. Mais a mon 2 ième rendez-vous sur un autre véhicule mom échange valait soudainement 6000$.. Bref. Je recommande 0/5

Très déçu du service. Aussitôt que vous signé le contrat vous n'êtes qu'un numéro !!! A la livraison du véhicule personne ne m'a montré la van !! C'est grouille toi pi good bye prochain numéro !! Il m'ont vendu un vehicule au dessu de mes moyens même si j'avais été clair du montant que je pouvais me permettre. Je conseille de vie lire votre contrat avant de signer. Mon père veux se procurer un dodge ram et ce n'est certainement pas à ce concessionnaire qu'il ira.
Ah oui à noté que le directeur des vente m'a offert un plein d'essence étant donné que le GPS que j'avais demandé n'était pas installé!!! Une vrai joke.
Mon vendeur était rashid et avant de signer il était très rejoignable, ensuite il a disparu.

After the birth of my granddaughter my son found the SUV too small, this all happened within a month. I approached the sales manage to ask if they could do a deal for a minivan, it was horrible, they basically said sure but no special deals, no discounts, just like i was a new customer, will never go there again, and i have bought from them myself, never again

Ils m'ont cédulé (et confirmé) un rendez-vous pour un essai routier d'un véhicule qui n'était même pas disponible. J'ai fait plus de 100km aller-retour de chez moi pour ce rendez-vous.
En plus, le directeur des ventes n'appuit même pas ses vendeurs, il n'a même pas osé me rappeler pour tenter de ratraper leur bévue.
Très mauvaise expérience avant-vente, Imaginez une fois qu'ils ont votre argent...
Tant pis, j'ai acheté ailleur
