Worse dealership to buy from. They lie and can't even fix a problem with their new cars. Tried contacting them and wasting a whole year still the problem is not fixed and then they say, they will buy back the vehicle at 1/3the price. Basically they are playing a frud by selling faulty vehicles and then buying them back at lower value. Be careful with their deals. It's better to buy from anyother dealership then these guys.

Okay, this experience was like a breath of fresh air after a rain storm. The kind that gives such an invigorating feeling of happiness. Right from the start, zero pressure, zero hassle, just super friendly people to chat with. Knowledgeable in every aspect, like talking to an old friend. As we did test drives and compared several manufacturer's different models, two things were standing out boldly and confidently. The 2020 Nissan Pathfinder SL Premium became our choice to purchase, and the entire experience was effortless. All of the staff are very pleasant and easy going, with special mention to our salesman Cooper Wilde, sales manager William (Bill) Newbigging and Andrew Lobreau. I can honestly state, I have never experienced a more satisfying new vehicle purchase ever! One may think that they have gone out of their way to make things pleasant, but I feel all of it, is just natural actions of a fantastic team. I rate them as the best of the best and will recommend them to everyone I know and to all who ask for recommendations.

I really appreciate Jason and Lewis, these two guys are very patience, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Especially, Jason is very patience to answer me all the questions no matter what kind, helps out all the calculations on the paper, and erases my hesitation every time immediately. Purchase a new vehicle can be very stressful, tough and always worried about how those sales people gonna set a trick on your purchase. However, Jason never let our transaction go to the stage. He offered me the best deal in town and no one sales believes that. I have been several dealerships before I make a deal with Jason. So far, I can recommend This dealership to whoever interested to get a Nissan in this pandemic period. This dealership only has 3 people operated now, but they did more than other dealership does which makes you feel luxurious, being care, and respectful. In general, Jason covered everything with the best offer, I gave him 5 stars because he deserves more than this!

Bought a used car from these guys last month. Went to change the tire and couldn’t find the lug nut key. Called their service dept and was told that they couldn’t find it either when they had to change one of the tires to make it ready for sale. They left three locks on the car and removed one. The used car manager said “sold as is” which is true. But when I asked was there anything I need to know I was told NO, and the mechanical condition report GO NISSAN provided did not mention this. Kinda SHADY guys!! Especially when you knew about it. So you loose a repeat customer in trade for not providing a fifty dollar ke. POOR long term strategy

I read lots of reviews but rarely ever leave one. My experience with McDonald Nissan in Lethbridge, Alberta is one that cannot be left without sharing. If you’re not into reading much, or time is too precious, I’ll summarize things in one paragraph:
The McDonald Nissan dealership is a one where a customer, no matter what they’re interested in --- a new Nissan or a used vehicle of another make --- will feel like they are the most important person on the lot! From the salespeople, to the finance folks, to the owner himself, each interaction was professional, friendly, and I always felt listened to and respected. If you’re looking for honest, trustworthy people who truly do care about you and your vehicle purchase, then look to the McDonald Nissan dealership.
I hope you are still reading because I would like to explain my personal experience in a bit more detail. To emphasize how positive the relationship was, and how well the dealership handled things, it should be known that I purchased a used vehicle from McDonald Nissan from over 1600 kms away! I never saw the vehicle in person or met the folks at the dealership until the day I drove and flew there from a few provinces away! That is what I call TRUST!
Each communication was promptly and professionally handled by the sales consultant, Rob Thomson; every concern or request I had, Rob quickly dealt with it. I truly felt what he was telling me was honest and accurate. When it came to the financial dealings, Glen Pottinger was both helpful and patient(!) with me. This dealership went above and beyond my expectations and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership! The owner himself, Paul McDonald, personally contacted me on numerous occasions to assist me in getting the vehicle back to my home province. After many frustrating and unsuccessful days attempting to secure a transit permit, Paul messaged me well after business hours to provide a solution. He likely still doesn’t know how much stress he removed that night! Going the extra distance, these folks met me at the airport, brought me to the dealership and treated me like an honoured guest. Sounds melodramatic, but that’s how I felt! The vehicle was everything they said it was and I truly expected nothing less because of the trusting relationship they had created. I arrived home driving my ‘new’ used vehicle two days later and am so pleased I took the chance of purchasing it from such a distance. Thank you Rob. Thank you Paul. Hats off to McDonald Nissan for making this purchase not only possible, but such a positive experience!
