Was referred by a friend when wanting to replace my car. After a test drive and discussing the price, I wanted to know my interest rate. They said they couldn't tell me because it depended on my credit. Finally the next day they told me my interest. It was too high and I secured financing elsewhere. I went prepared to pay them for the car but they lied to me by telling me they were unable to do that and cancel the financing.. That was a lie. All this posturing cost me an additional 2,000.00. Further ther had my car for 2 weeks to replace a bumper, windshield and fix scratches. The bumper and windshield got done but not the scratches as per agreed. I was not giving them another week to fix things that should have been done. I spoke with 3 auto body shops regarding the time frame for repairs. All said work would be done in 3 to 4 days. Further, I got the extended warranty but no documents were given as to what is covered or not. Considering their lack of urgency, I'll have any work done elsewhere. If I could cancel the warranty I would,but based on other reviews, that's not likely to happen.Also, no finder's was given to my friend even though we asked at the beginning and we were told yes.

I bought a Nissan Sentra 2021 in April 2021, which was the second car that I have bought at Nissan Brasso. Each time I have been extremely happy with the Sales Department's behavior. My purchasing experience in 2021 was simple and seamless, our salesmen Tim Latreille, was honest, friendly, easy-going and did not try to trick us or manipulate us. I loved the fact that he used a detailed print-out of all the payment options with all the fees associated with the car and dealership from the beginning. The options to buy the car were clearly indicated and the agreed upon number stayed the same even in the Finance Manager office. When we needed time to think about the purchase, there was no unnecessary pressure put on us to purchase immeadately. I also enjoyed that Nissan Brasso let their customer test drive the car without any sales people, which made it more easy to feel, critique and compare the car we test driving.
In the Finance Manager's office, the employee (Tiffany Hurley) did a great job explaining the protection and warranty options for the car. Tiffany also did a great job of being respectful of our choices, and there was no cheap manipulation or fearmongering during the conversation. The paperwork was explained clearly and I was given lots of time to read the information and have my questions ansered. Not a single penny in the price was changed between what Tim Latreille and I agreed upon a few days ealier and the bill of purchase with Tiffany Hurley.
When I took possession of the car, Ernie the Delivery Specialist, did a great job of explaining all the bell and whistles available in my new car, taking an hour with us and answered all our questions. All of the purchase, warranty papers and instruction information came with the car right of way.
In brief, buying a car at Nissan Brasso was truly enjoyable and as easy as possible. Too many dealerships in Calgary do not respect their customers who spend thousands of their hard earned money in the dealerships. Nissan Brasso Sale Team showed respect at all times during the process and made it awesome for us. Thanks you guys!

Our 2017 Nissan Armada, with less than 40,000km had to have its entire drivetrain replaced. With over 30 visits to this abysmal dealership, their repair work was shoddy, often missing bolts and zip ties. 30 visits later the level of respect for all those involved went lower and lower.
Rafael, the service manager, is the king of empty promises. As compensation for my time I was given 3 "free masks" as a courtesy. Great. I would assume, that a dealership that had low tier mechanics that can't even make sure that a fender is clipped in properly and that it takes myself driving at 120Km/H to hear it flapping outside to pull over and make sure that a 3 foot piece of heavy plastic doesn't go through a windshield and kill somebody, that some level of responsibility would be present. I am glad I documented and photographed all of these situations.
Next up, they forgot to plug in spark plug wires and luckly I was still within city limits when the SUV stopped working. Took well over 3 hours of waiting for them to come pick up this lemon of a car and take it back to fix their mistake.
Then the transmission went. Apparently the technician forgot to fill up the automatic transmission fluid to the correct level and once again I found myself without my vehicle. Amazing that the engine and the transmission had to be completely replaced at 40,000Km.
The oil leaks, valve cover gaskets not placed properly, along with the clear lack of regard for a customers vehicle and on top of that no follow through to ensure that this review did not need to happen. I gave them plenty of chances to make up for it and all they did was spit in my face.
Royal Oak Nissan, the service manager Rafael and the bottom-tier technician all need find new fields of employment. I would rather walk across hot coals, sell my left kidney, give away my new-born and quite possibly be deemed insane and housed in a mental asylum before I buy another Nissan vehicle let alone take it these bottom-feeders.

You should keep the promises you make to your customers. An item was stolen from my vehicle while you had it for 3.5 weeks trying to diagnose an issue. You promised that the item would be replaced by Nissan.
It's been over months and no item, and zero communication from you guys.
If you can't or won't honor your own promises, then you are a worthless company.

I want to counter the negative reviews I have been reading, as I just had a great experience working with Khalid. I never felt any pressure and always felt that Kal heard and understood what I was looking for (and not looking for). He seemed to understand my questions, needs, and limitations. He actually recommended looking around and "sleeping on it" before making a decision (however, I bought on the same day). Bottom line: he was polite and respectful the whole time and seemed to take pride in being honest and straightforward. The ink just dried on the sale, so I can't speak to the service department or reliability of the car (but it - 2021 Sentra SR - gets good reviews with Consumer Report). If the dealership follows Kal's example, they should do well.

Cochrane Nissan is by far the most professional dealership I have ever dealt with. The owner Shawn and his employees (especially Richard, Kory, John and Tiffany) helped me out in ways I never thought were possible after hitting a deer and ending up with no vehicle. When you hear that this dealerships customer service is out of the park they are not fooling you! Trust whoever is telling you and go to this dealership because I was given the best service I truely believe I could receive.
