Phoned for an estimate to have new tie rods and ball joints installed on my 2015 Nissan Sentra SR. Was quoted $3878.00! Called Midas and was quoted $1925.00 for the exact same repair! GO NISSAN SOUTH wanted to charge me over DOUBLE than I should have paid! AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE YOUR COSTS WILL LITERALLY BE DOUBLE OF WHAT YOU SHOULD BE PAYING!!!

I purchased a 2026 rouge 5 months ago. My car has 6500 km on it now and the tires are already 30% done, they said it's normal wear for the tires they supply, they said they can't make a claim until my tires are 90% gone with a tread depth of 2/32. I then told the service manager that driving my car tires down to 2/32 (10% tread left) was very unsafe. I also mentioned that it's not normal for Yokohama tire to loose 30% tread will equal out to loosing 90% tread loss before my second oil change. They said it's 100% normal to loose that much tread and then brushed me off. They obviously don't equip there cars with tires that are ment for Alberta driving. The worst part about all this is that I paid for gold prospection on my tires and I geuss that doesn't include premature wear. They had a excuse for everything and even tried to measure my tires with a defective electronic tread depth gauge. I knew there Gage was off due to the fact I went to another shop to have my tread depth on my tires measured. I then told them to grab a new non digit gage and to measure infront of me. And the outcome was that the tread depth on my tires where less than what they claimed. They then got flustered with me and disregarded anything I had to say afterwards.

I have nothing but great things to say about Royal Oak Nissan. I bought an Altima from them in December 2025 and it had a problem after a couple of months. The response was noting short of amazing. I was greeted first by Tanya (Service Advisor) who took all of my info down and then kept me informed as to what was happening and what was needed. She is professional and personable. I didn't know what avenue to take and Erin came forth to describe my options. Finally Damian Banik(Service Manager) came forth, advocated for me with the Warranty Company and Royal Oak. This was amazing. My car is new to me and is pristine. I am going thru some challenges but who isn't these days but in life I have learned to things...honor loyalty, appreciate those who step forward. I joined the military in 1975 course # 7527 and I have worked as a Social Worker for over 32 years and at 69 have owned many vehicles. This is by far the best response I have ever received from a dealership beginning to end. To ANY Service Member/Armed Forces, to any AUPE Member...Buy with Confidence !! To the Owner of this awesome Dealership.....you wrote a note to my review on Google. Thank you but you also had a hand in this which I am truly appreciative of. My experience with Brasso Nissan took place on Saturday June 27 2026 when I had my 2021 Nissan Sentra. I told the people at Brasso that I depended on my vehicle to drive from the North West part of Airdrie to the South East part of Calgary to get to work. Out of 30 courtesy loaners not 1 was available. Ok so Monday I had to find my way to work. I called Brasso early Monday morning they told me they would call me. At 4:45 I get a call from service saying that they would look at my car when they got a chance. I was told that it was probably the battery. They were going to try to look at it on Tuesday. I asked how much for the battery. $375.00 installed. I tell them I would find a battery elsewhere as that was a lot of money. I get a call back on Tuesday at 4:45 now it’s too late for them to do anything for my car. Wednesday is a holiday (Canada Day. Another day without a vehicle. I’m so upset waiting for them to look at my car I tell them put in a battery. I get a call that morning, Thursday morning over $500.00. I asked what for? $175.00 to diagnose the battery, the alternator, $10.00 for a loaner hold that I never got. $374.00 for the battery installed. So I say I’m never coming back here again. They lowered the price a little. I ended up paying $485.00 all together for a battery installed. The talked to service manager since. He said that’s the going price for a battery installed and that was supposed to be reasonable. $485.00 for a battery installed. Never going back

I bought a used Juke on the 13th of Marchand I love the car The salesman Jon was very good. When l picked up the car it it was very clean Thats where it all went south.. I was handed 2 sets of keys. One was programmed fir the car and the other was an after market fob. I was told that its like $150 to program it so I thought I'd go elsewhere to get it done cheaper O had a locksmith come yo my house and he tried fir 45 minutes and he couldn't get it to work. So on the 23rd I called Cochrane Nissan and got put through to service and was told that someone would get back to me and it is now the 26th and I'm still waiting. I do understand that they get busy but this is ridiculous . Norm Sharlow

Bad experience with nissan spruce grove finance manager natasha! If you don’t get the extended warranty that she will offer. She will be rude and say anything that she wants. I said to her that i do not need the warranty because i do have a mechanic brother and she said to me “did you’re brother will pay the parts? Did you’re brother will pay this and that? And she said if she is on my shoes, she will not let any of her family member to work for her for free!” Well who are you to tell me that? You even said my decision is silly because i refused to get the warranty! That is so rude!! Be aware of this finance manager named natasha. I’ve been dealing with a lot of finance person but she is the worst! The work ethic of being professional is not with her. No calls and no reaching out from any of the manager after it happened. So i never recommend nissan spruce grove dealership in alberta!

I was told in writing that a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle - adomen

I was told in writing that a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle had already passed CPO inspection. I drove several hours from out of town to see it, and during the test drive the cruise control wouldn't stay engaged. I was then told CPO inspection only happens after a deposit is placed — contradicting what I'd been told beforehand. Nissan Canada has since confirmed a vehicle cannot be represented as CPO until inspection is complete, meaning the original information was inaccurate. I wasted a full day round trip based on it. Verify CPO status independently before making the trip.
