I had a very disappointing experience with Red Deer Nissan. The customer service was extremely poor, and several staff members were rude and dismissive. In particular, the service manager, Jared was unprofessional and even insulted me when I asked questions about the work that had been performed on my vehicle.
I purchased my vehicle brand new, but within three weeks I started experiencing multiple issues. After bringing it in for major repairs, I noticed that the rubber seals on the vehicle doors had been damaged and stripped. In addition, my brakes are now making a creaking noise that was not present before.
What was even more concerning was that the dealership claimed the vehicle had no problems and was safe to drive, despite what appeared to be a lack of a thorough assessment of the issues I reported. Rather than carefully investigating my concerns, they were dismissed without proper attention.
Throughout the process, there was very little accountability or responsibility taken for the problems I experienced. Instead of receiving clear answers and professional service, I was met with rude behavior and a dismissive attitude. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership's service department and would advise others to carefully inspect their vehicle after any repair work and seek a second opinion if they have safety concerns.
