Amongst all the Lexus staff that I have encountered, two stand out. One is Jillian Cook who was the point person for my recent purchase of an NX. She stood out as the consumate "listener", who understood my current unique circumstances and worked tirelessly with Stephanie Shearsby to make the deal a reality. The second individual is Romeo Nissan. Once again, as with Jillian, his main strength is that he listens and makes the customer feel "special" and valued. These qualities are of immense value in service delivery (I compare my treatment at Lexus with the local Mercedes-Benz dealership).
