From the first phone call, which he was mindful of the time that I said I would be able to have time for a conversation and not a moment earlier he established contact, I knew this was going to be the man whom had my business! As a single mom I had a few boxes I needed checked off in order to find the perfect car. From the beginning the car that Krish recommended was actually the car I ended up with! Being a woman I flipped and flopped with different models, packages, new, used, you name it I probably asked to see it. He focused on my daily needs between working and chauffeuring my son to hockey. He was responsive to my budget needs and he knew what was going to be the best. He also knew what was going to be too much for me and called me out on it! The honestly and transparency of this man is unmatched! Krish, you made this process manageable and not dreadful. You’re a brilliant sales consultant and I will tell anyone and everyone looking for a car to come talk to you! Harman was a pleaser to deal with. Went out’ve his was to help and wasn’t pushy at all. He was ready to answer everything for me and take the time to make sure I was happy with my decision. Buying my dream car at 23! Harman was a pleasure to be around. My appointment was originally scheduled with another advisor but Harman was actually the first one to approach me Harman was a pleasure to be around. My appointment was originally scheduled with another advisor but Harman was actually the first one to approach me and greet me when I entered the dealership, which is quite a surprise for someone my age. They had the Mustang outside & ready for me to take on a test drive. Harman was very thorough on his explanation of the car and its features, and helped us take the car out for a spin. I was happy that Harman & his team were able to carry out most of the things that I had asked for, especially considering that I was able to pick the car up on Friday before my trip as promised! Overall I was very happy with the service I received from this dealership and I hope this continues with their after-sales service . I look forward to buying another car from Harman in the future and wish him the best of luck with everything. More
