KIA Georgetown set me up with my very first car, saving me over 10k compared to other dealerships. The staff were helpful and informative, helping someone with no experience in car purchasing. My experience with Georgetown Kia was amazing. Harman is very friendly and took care of everything from the beginning and was very transparent throughout the process until I drove the car home. Harman is very friendly and took care of everything from the beginning and was very transparent throughout the process until I drove the car home. Also, the service department is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. No force sales, no extra charges and suggested only what is supposed to be done. Overall, if someone is looking for Kia; I would highly recommend Georgetown Kia. More

Awful place to ever purchase a vehicle for ! ! The entire engine blew up after 40 days of owning the vehicle and they tried to blame us !!! They didn’t put oil in the vehicle when we drove off ! The entire engine blew up after 40 days of owning the vehicle and they tried to blame us !!! They didn’t put oil in the vehicle when we drove off the site ! And tired to avoid all our calls !! I will never go back and have told so many people about this awful situation and horrible place to ever purchase a vehicle from !! Frank is awful ! He doesn’t care the minute you drive off site he doesn’t care what happened to you!! Stay away from him this awful dealership !!! Awful people awful customer service !!! More
